Tornshade walked into the cave with Opalshine next to him. The she cat was carrying fresh moss and that unnerved him. She couldn't possibly have a mate, now could she?

Rubypaw's tail doubled in size with shock as a chill went down her spine as she heard her mentor right behind her. "Scorpionshade! What makes you think that I'm doing anything?" She asked, turning around to face her mentor hesitantly.

Rubypaw studied the tom for a moment before flattening her ears "What's with all the Warriors knowing about a prank?! Wait.. scratch that. Opalshine's useless" she said, shrugging lightly "So what did you need me for Scorpionshade?" She asked, her ear twitching slightly. She wasn't about to give up her prank.

"Hey we can handle it!" Emberstripes argued. She wasn't going to let a badger or the wolves frustrate her. "All we need to do is show our claws and the battle will run away or maybe go falling off the cliff!"

Scorpionshade glanced at her as he headed out of the tunnel "if we'really lucky Venompaw and Viperpaw will be joining us, although they may already be preoccupied. Do you have any apprentices in mind?" Asked the mentor, not looking back st her.

Scorpionshade flicked his tail as they emerged from the tunnel "you go and get them, I'll go and see if the other two are busy." He noticed Dragonfire with the two and he flicked his tail and quickly bounded over "could I steal away these two?"

Dragonfire glanced at the twins and nodded "I suppose the others and I could catch up to you and the apprentices." He said simply.

Scorpionshade headed to the entrance of the cave and sat doen, waiting for his apprentice. Venompaw and Viperpaw sat down and looked at the warrior, theyre eyes unblinking. They loved the other cats not knowing who was who, they were two cats that shared a soul in their minds.

Viperpaw glanced at his brother then at the she-cat. The two spoke in almost perfect unison "we're fine." They said simply then looked at Scorpionshade. Their amethyst colored eyes full of judgement and loathing. Venompaw narrowed his eyes and looked at the entrance to the cave "are we going or are we just standing here with our paws crossed." Scorpionshade blinked then stood up and left, flicking his tail for the three to follow.

Scorpionshade glanced back at the three apprentices. He knew that the twin black cats werent malicious but they did have a dark past that made them the way they were. They would need friendship to guide them along the right path to being loyal, kind warriors. He hoped the other apprentices would do well with that. On the other hand the two seemed like they were a part of their own little world.

Viperpaw gave his brother a quick glance and his twin nodded. They said no words but understood completely. Venompaw turned his gaze to Rubypaw and his eyes held a dark glint for a moment.

Scorpionshade took a breath "alright we'll head towards the lazy river, get some fishing in." Viperpaw gave an annoyed grunt "great we get to get our paws wet, what a wonderful start to the day" Venompaw nudged his brother "not to mention the fact that we'll smell like fish for the rest of the day." The two shared annoyed looks but didn't press on the matter any further because Scorpionshade spoke up "if you two don't want to smell like fish so much perhaps you would rather spend the day without a meal." The twins quickly silenced themselves not wanting to miss a meal.

Scorpionshade let out a chuckle "there is a lot of patience involved in fishing and you'll all three just have to spread out a bit."

Viperpaw leaned over and whispered into his brothers ear, and the other tom gave a nod. Then the two glanced back at her then their eyes turned forward.
