So I believe it was the old official forums that I'd done this idea - and I've since lost anything to do with it because I stopped using that forum shortly before it went poof and didn't have any of it saved ( and if I do its on my old laptop which has since crashed and died with little to no chance of recovery )Welcome to WONDERLAND? This was one thread but multiple-party rp thread about 4 groups of cats for each suit of the card deck, each being "tribe" like groups with different types of leaders. Hearts would have a Queen, who would take on a leading Matriarchal and Mother type of role, playing off of a Clan's Queen role but also the leading role of a Queen. Diamonds I believe was run by a medicine cat in a similar role as the Stoneteller, a leader and healer. Clubs was run by three cats, similar to a traditional clan, but more akin to the Hearts group, with a King but having a "deputy" and medicine cat type role. Spades was a joint rule between a leader and a medicine cat archetype I believe, a bishop type character who actually ruled while the leader was more of a deputy to them.
In the middle of this all there was supposed to be an outsider known as "the Alice", a cat filling a prophesized role to unite the groups after "the last Alice" broke everything apart.
At least that's what I can pull together from vague memory. It's 2024 and I was the most active in the WCF community almost a decade and a half ago....
Feel free to drop any suggestions you want and if people think this could genuinely be better as a OTRP thing I can close this thread and link to one over in that Planning sub-cat.

The Deputy and Medicine Cat type roles of Clubs/Clover I believe were roles at the same authority; akin to the left and right hands of tradition kings in places like Britain, iirc
