Blazestorm nodded. "Yeah. I have to. I can't shirk my warrior duties, but I'll be here tomorrow morning like normal." He sent a small smirk to the she-cat who seemed too sad for a bordering Clan cat to care about him leaving.

Blazestorm nodded. "See ya." He padded back to camp.

Blazestorm was storming through the territory, and he found himself near the Sun Clan border. He growled in frustration and clawed through some low hanging leaves by his face. How could Streamstar do this? Taking in loners? His chest heaved as he tried to hold back his frustration and anger. He closed his eyes and took deep breaths, slowly calming down. He padded up to the river and lapped up some water, letting the water splash him in hopes to cool him down.

Blazestorm whirled around, eyes ablaze with a flurry of emotion. He bit back a growl. "Yeah. Yeah. Clan issues. You know the deal." He noticed her expression, but he didn't comment on it.

Blazestorm huffed. "Yeah. I went out with some of my Clanmates, and I haven't been over here in ages." He had just lied and lied smoothly, at that. Now he felt terrible, but he couldn't tell her the real reason why. "And, yeah. Clan issues. I don't want to burden you about our mousebrained decisions." He scrunched his nose up at the thought.

Blazestorm shook his head. "No. Even though I do mouse-brained stuff, I haven't gotten hurt yet. Yet. Besides, we have a new Medicine Cat, anyway. Wait. You should know this." He smiled sheepishly.

Blazestorm shrugged. "He was getting old, and his cough was getting worse. He stepped down as Silentpaw got promoted. She's now Silentflame. She's doing pretty good. She'll have her hands full with the new litter of kits we're expecting." He smiled.

Blazestorm nodded. "As long as it's ok with the leaders. I would hate for you to get in trouble." He sighed, forgetting about the anger he had earlier. His mind did wander back to the loners Streamstar was letting stay in camp indefinitely.

Blazestorm blinked, getting jerked out of his thoughts. "Yea... Yeah. You'll be fine." The young tom now seemed distracted by something on his mind.

Blazestorm jumped and looked at her. "Yeah." He sighed. "I didn't want to tell you, but Streamstar has let two loners stay in camp. One is a kit, the other her father. They're supposed to stay until the kit is old enough to survive."

Blazestorm shrugged. "I don't know. I wasn't on the patrol that found them. I guess it's because they've moved around a lot, and it's not a good environment to grown up with, a new place every other week or day or whatever. You can ask Streamstar about it."

Blazestorm shrugged. "It's just frustrating because he's never done this before, and now, we have two loners who may be a part of a group to take us down in our camp." He sighed.

Blazestorm sighed heavily. "I-it's just hard because I've never remembered welcoming an outside cat in except for when I was a kit and Rainsong was welcomed. The difference is, she was a kit. This is a tom and a kit."

Blazestorm looked over at Mistystream in surprise. "When did you join Sun Clan, then?"
