    _{Petalsplash looked around the camp for her apprentice Tuftpaw. Her ears flickered around listening for the sounds of her paws coming towards her or her voice talking to one of her friends. She relied on hearing more than sight since she can;t see out of her right eye. She shook her multi colored pelt and still looked around. She thought about at least practicing her battle moves before it starts raining again she realized that this Rain was going to be a pain in the flank and she hated it. Her ears flickered as she heard conversations of other cats but none of them was her apprentice. She still looked around wondering where she went at least.}

    _{Petalsplash nearly jumped as her apprentice skidded before her, but she let out a small laugh of amusement. "Afternoon Tuftpaw, we're going to be doing some battle training," she mewed. Petalsplash enjoyed battle training because she gets to teach her apprentice that sight sometimes isn't key in fighting but feeling the movements of others and hearing the motions of the wind. Even though she still had her left eye unharmed she rather not depend on it in case she lost that one too. "So ready to go?" she asked she was excited as her apprentice. The cream colored she-cat waited for a bit smelling the scent of rain in the air and glad she went with battle training and not hunting today. Although, she wished she had done it sooner.}

    _{The cream tortieshell warrior had to chase after he apprentice but didn't mind. She was excited as she was and headed off to the battle training area and looked at her apprentice with glee. "You have come such a long way Tuftpaw," she said with a purr. She was proud of her that for sure, but she wanted her to be prepared for the unexpected like losing one of senses. She will have to rely on the others to make up for that, sure it was a bit over board. Although Petalsplash lost half of her senses but she knew that it may end up being taken away. She'd rather for her apprentice to know what to do in case that happens, and if it never does at least she has one up on her opponents. She looked up at the sky feeling a few droplets of rain but it wasn't pouring so she was happy about that. "So what have you learned so far?" she asked, she always enjoyed hearing what her apprentice has learned from her. And also if she remembered it all, if she forgot a part she will reteach it.}

    _{Snowpaw heard his mentor and walked towards him. "Yeah I over slept, sorry Icewisp," he apologized feeling horrible for wasting his mentors time. He actually wanted to wake up early but no his body refuse to let him. "So what are we doing today?" he mewed with excitement. Snowpaw was always excited to learn even if he wasn't perfect, but he wanted to try and actually be stable on his paws. He was actually excited to learn what he could, he hoped it wasn't hunting mostly because he could never get his technique right and always falls on his right side or on his flank. It irritated him strongly because he could almost hear the mocking voices of his apprentices, he wanted to become a warrior and hoped he could prove himself with that. He shoved that out of his mind and wanted to pay attention to what Icewisp had to say.}

    _{The white tom nodded and his ears perked up once he heard about brawling today. "Oh I would love too," he said he was pretty much excited. He loved the wounds of actually not being graceful or agility. Even though he hated it he knew he had to master that ability before anything. He followed his leader out of camp and couldn't contain his excitement. He was obviously happy, but that didn't matter the fact that he may be able to do this made him ecstatic. He looked around the forest that and he looked behind him to see camp, but he wanted to forget about all the harsh words and focus on his training, that's what is important not what others think. If he wanted to be a warrior he had to work hard to get it and he was for sure gonna work hard to do so.}

    _{The cream tortieshell warrior looked at her apprentice and chuckled. "The lesson was to feel around you pin point where they were located at through the vibrations of the earth and the sounds of their paws steps. You never want too aim for the scruff, listen for a weakness and trust your instincts as they help you into battle. We can go over that lesson if you wish," she said. She actually enjoyed teaching that lesson, it taught her apprentice how to trust their judgement and their self. Independence was a valuable lesson in battle training to her, if you're alone in a fight with another cat you have no one their to help you or tell you what you need to do. So it's best to always teach them to follow on their instincts. Now if they were alone with a fox, badger, or a dog. She would hope that she wouldn't try and battle them alone, but flee and look for help. As they head for the battle training area Petalsplash looked at her apprentice. "This lesson is mostly about independence and self judgement," she mewed.}
