Hereโs Flintkit! This is my first time attempting to draw a cat. I have never done art, (because I suck at it), and Iโm sorry if it brings down your guys work โ which is amazing btw!! yeah Iโm just really hoping this challenge helps me improve my skills. This sketch is not great, lol. |

I have to do yew/plum updates today, so I'll see if I have it in me to push a quick PaintedClan moon 0 out as well~
My goal for this project is to do at least one headshot/talkshot + either a short comic, animatic, or illustration for each moon. I really want to get more confident with backgrounds and movement

My goal for here is to do more dynamic cat drawings, because I usually draw humans more but I wanna try to draw more dynamic cats

I'll get both of those edits when I'm ready to put the first moon up~ And I don't know if I can edit the base accessory chance without going into the python code, and I don't currently have this PC set up with any python editors. I'll see what I can do. If I can't get the game to do it, I can always roll a separate table each moon for accessories. I'm also open to rolling on a table that includes the plethora of lifegen accessories. It wouldn't be too hard to migrate a cat there, add the accessory, and grab the image. I would just say yall can pick one (or more) for free, but I feel half the appeal is the random chance of getting one, ya know? ive managed to do it! im on a mac so i cant really get into the core too bad, but i got into the same like...look? of the way you edit for cats. Clangen>show package contents>resources> game_config.json and scroll in the text editor till you see accessory! at least thats hwo i do it, no problem if you cant! just throwing it out there <3 Okay so I did some tweaks, but I think I'm going to run it a bit differently. All cats will have TWO accessories in PaintedClan. They are gifted an accessory by their mentor when they are made an apprentice, and are expected to make their own accessory as part of their warrior ceremony. So all warriors can have two, and Applepaw can choose one. If you want the accessory to be shown in their moon sprite, it'll need to be one of the Clangen or Lifegen accessories; otherwise, you can pick any accessory to be in your ref, it just won't be shown in the moon update sprite. I really wish there was a good database for lifegen accessories but to my knowledge there isn't a way to see them outside of the game. Honestly, if you can think of an accessory a cat could have, Lifegen probably has it. |

Here's yall's moon 0! Moon 0 unfortunately doesn't come with relationships for any cat, but there's thoughts and patrols. There's also accessories to ponder over and ref sheets to make.
Also yall can totally draw things that are not directly a part of the moon update! Don't limit yourself to only those prompts! They're meant to help guide and inspire, not limit what you can do each moon!

Accessories! I havenโt thought of any for Serpent but I feel like one of the ones in his tail would be fun, or some sort of feather thingโฆ.hmm, gonna have to go look up some
Also! Iโm already getting some ideas for what I could draw for this moon, I kinda want to do two things for it

I did everything really lazy but that's alright! I regret a few things about the composition now but it's a learning experience hehe Maybe after a year, I can look back and see how much I've improved
