i dont want to do anything and my mom is saying ill go crazy if i dont do anything and its pissing me off im also crying a lot. i dont know why. Oh man that sucks. That happened to me a month or so ago. To me it sounds like a depressive episode and honestly thereโs some things that may help, but in the end only time will really fix it. Last time I had one was before I started antidepressants and nothing was fun, I didnโt want to do anything, not even be around my friends, and I didnโt feel like myself. The best thing to do is to talk to people that matter to you and just take care of yourself. Maybe the most you can do for a bit is maintain daily higiene, but thatโs enough. If youโre able to do more, then great, but donโt push yourself too hard. If you need something to do but anything you do you immediately feel bored and hopeless, I suggest going outside and taking a walk, or just being outside in general.
