Beepaw was surprised but accepted the answer. She nodded. At least they acted the warriors, sort of. They fought for their clan and defended it. Not well, but still. Every warrior looses sometimes. The apprentice smiled despite their circumstances and looked over at Honeypaw. "We were like warriors." She said.

Honeypaw stopped for a while, nodding, looking down. "I guess." Only weaker, though. If I had a power I'd easily kill him. She tried to lick the back of her neck, but stopped at her failed attempt. "L-let's just go back now. I guess before catches up and tries to kill us all." Maybe not Twilightfur though.
(I've got Ashflame... Fawnstar, I guess she would be open too, but I'm saving her for the apprentice's and Twilightfur).

Beepaw couldn't help but to nod. Yeah, without powers, they were kinda lame. She thought apprentices should get powers. That way they could actually defend the clan properly. They would have had the rogue's pelt. She hurried into camp and sighed. Now cue the angry leader, she thought.

Honeypaw sighed, padding towards the camp behind both cats. "What do you think she'd do to us?" Something terrible, of course, she thought. Never goes easy on any cat. As she saw the two trees from the main camp, her throat tightened, wondering how Heatherwhisker, Fawnstar, and her own mentor would respond. Oh no.

Honeypaw nodded, wondering if she really meant it. Maybe. It's definitely possible. She staggered forward, almost hitting the tree in front of her. Honeypaw lifted her head as she heard pawsteps, seeing Fawnstar.
"Wh-what in the world were you thinking?" Fawnstar demanded angrily. "Look at you! You could've gotten killed! You two were obviously fighting rouges by the smell of it!" She turned towards Twilightfur, asking, "if you were there, could you possibly explain?" Fawnstar tried not to believe it, but it was pretty self-explanatory by the teeth and claw marks on Honeypaw. No cougar or snake could do that.

Fawnstar blinked. "Well, okay then." She narrowed her eyes at the two apprentice's, giving the look of 'We'll settle this down later,' and then headed towards Heatherwhisker's den.

Fawnstar widened her eyes. "He is? He just attacked those two apprentice's?" If they hadn't come out, they wouldn't have gotten hurt and he might've left our territory... for awhile. "You didn't catch any previous scents of him or any rogue scents, have you? Because we need to reinforce everything." For starters, apprentice's, warriors, senior warriors, and elders have to sleep together for their safety... apprentice's will train only in the training area, and no more border patrols.

Fawnstar turned towards Heatherwhisker, lowering her voice so no one could hear her except for Twilightfur and Heatherwhisker. "What do you think we should do?"

Heatherhwisker blinked, "apprentices shouldn't be out of camp on their own or with another apprentice, it must be with an experienced warrior for their safety." She siggested.

Fawnstar nodded. "Do you think we should do border patrols though? It's risky, especially since there might be much more cats, and they can easily outnumber us. That makes since... but no cat can leave unless if they were to do an assessment, which no cat'll be doing in a while." Fawnstar cocked her head thoughtfully. "And to speak with SilverClan, of course. Every half-moon. But a warrior will be accompanying you."

"Definitely. Especially since they might attack at anytime. And hunting patrols cannot go any farther than either path, and cats who drink water... well, it's best if there's at least five cats in each group or patrol that goes outside camp."

Fawnstar shook her head. "Not me, but my mother told me that they've killed many cats before... I just never experienced them. And Honeypaw can't tell us anything. She's an apprentice, not a warrior." And we might as well change things around. Apprentice's train day and night. They can get one or two days off... and then they start again.

Heatherwhisker widened her eyes then closed them slowly. She rested her tail on Fawnstar's shoulder, she spoke her words soothingly, she didn't want her leader to begin to panic. "Silverclan will show us the way.." The healer whispered so only Fawnstar and Twilightfur could hear.

Beepaw huffed as the leader walked away with the queen. Her tail twitched, but she quickly turned her attention to her friend. She grinned, hoping to lift both of their spirits. "What do you think will be first? I'm thinking it will be a moon of cleaning every nest and then we will have to hunt for the whole clan but under the eye of the grumpiest warriors. Though she might make us hunt in the morning and then clean the nests." She said, starting to talk mostly out of a slight worry.
She knew they had done something bad. She had gotten distracted and they had gotten hurt. Honeypaw was hurt because of her. Once that came up in her mind, the apprentice's smile dropped off her face and her tail hit the ground. We could have died, she thought simply. Suddenly, the she-cat felt tired and ashamed. I've never screwed up as much as this, she thought, looking at her paws.

"I hope," Fawnstar answered grimly. Might be the only way to survive. She looked out, and then back. "I guess we'll have to figure everything out then." Fawnstar nodded towards Twilightfur. "You can leave now." Looking towards Heatherwhisker, she started. "First the apprentice's before anything else. Although they did tell us that about the rogue's on their 'little adventure,'" she snorted. "But we can't risk any cat getting hurt. So, I suppose they cannot meet or talk to each other again. And their mentor's will be guarding their 'dens' too. As their punishment." As I've finally decided... but there's still a reason behind it all. Looks like I'll be looking at Beepaw most of the day...
Honeypaw shrugged. "I guess we might get killed. Worst punishment that I can think of... wait. Getting exiled is even worse. Or she might leave us to the rogues!" She started thinking of the most crazy, yet terrifying possibilities. "What if she leaves us to the twolegs?" She screamed. Whups. That was too loud, she thought, embarrassed, and quickly started licking her chest fur. For our first attempt to hunt in the monster area too.

Beepaw blinked. Yeah, getting killed would be worse or even being a kittypet, but those things would never happen. Fawnstar wouldn't do that, right? She looked up and towards the leader. Fawnstar was many things, but not cruel. Beepaw didn't believe she would let her clanmates out into the cold. "That would never happen." She told her friend, eyes still on her mentor. I need to have a mind reading power, she thought.

Honeypaw paced around the camp frantically, or was it trudging. She limped around, eyes kept looking towards the leader's den, and she later sighed. "Probably not. But... anything can. As long as she makes it happen. Buuuut, she wouldn't. Which I guess is why she was made leader. Can't have an evil cat, right?

She looked over at the golden apprentice. The tone in Honeypaw's voice worried her. She sounded more worried now than before. For a second, Beepaw wondered if she had gone too far or if Honeypaw was in pain, but smiled lightly seeing her friend walking around. Beepaw was feeling a bit better. Well, that was mentally. Her ribs still pained her, though Honeypaw moving around and not worrying about her wounds made her feel better. Must not be that bad. She thought. "Yeah, at least it will be over when we get to be warriors- though at this rate I'm not sure if we will become warriors." She thought about it for a second then concluded Fawnstar wouldn't do that. They would need more warriors. "Though if Fawnstar did let us become warriors though, I think my name would be Beebrain or Beepaw-messes-up-too-much." She snorted at her own little joke.

Honeypaw shoulder's slumped. "I wonder what she'll do to us besides from holding our warrior ceremony back for ten moons." She flicked her tail, smiling at what Beepaw had said. "Yeah, you know, she might switch my name around to Stickyhoney. Imagine what SilverClan'll say. Stickyhoney and Beepaw-messes-up-too-much, you are now officially warriors of LichenClan. Sounds off, doesn't it?" And weird... Honeypaw rolled her eyes. Like Fawnstar wouldn't embarrass us. Already has.

Fawnstar looked at her, surprised. "You actually managed to convince him?" How's that possible? I guess turning invisible is helpful in some ways. "Well, then I guess we should take some cats tomorrow night... where ever. Although half still must stay at camp. You don't know whether he'll come here instead."
