Blazingpaw nodded. Though at a closer inspection, he didn't really know what to do. It was just red and bleeding. It really filed under 'ordinary wound' in his book. "Umm, we can get..." he stopped when he realized there wouldn't really be cobwebs in the delta, "A leaf?" Those covered things pretty well. It would work. maybe even better than cobwebs. Blazingpaw was pretty proud of his idea. "Just sit here. I'll go get something." He said before bounding off.

Blazingpaw started to move up the delta, towards the tip. He knew more trees and plants from the forest would be there. While he was padding along, he tried to keep his mind off of his sister. Of course, it would slip into thinking about her and then he would be looking for any sign of her fur. He shook his head. Now was not the time. "Come on Blazingpaw. You just need a leaf. Just a good plan o'leaf. Simple leaf." He said under his breath. He soon found a branch with a couple of leaves on it. he bit the stem of a leaf. With a quick snap of his neck, he broke it off. The tom practically ran back, ignoring the mud on his paws and the leaves sticking to his pelt. He showed up a mess, but proudly carrying a leaf. He dropped it near her. "You just hold that one the wound." he instructed before looking around for any danger.

Yes. Sorry. For a while there, I didn't know what to do. ) Minnowsplash let out a soft mew of relief. Stormkit was fine. She tried to focus on that rather than the still body of Thornkit. She looked towards Mosspaw, wondering if the medicine cat apprentice knew what to do. Stormkit shivered from the tramic experience of the cold wave. He snuggled closer to his mother and meowed. |

I think it is mid-day/late afternoon. )
"Nah. You don't have to worry about a stray fox." He said with a smile, "It's just the crocodiles you have to worry about. Which, now that I think about it, is worst." He frowned when he realized this was no good. The queen was not going to feel any better. "But they are super slow. Just don't go near the water." He stepped next to her. "Lean on me. There is a log that is propped up against a stone. We can go there." He said.

Now...well now, she was just trying to process what was happening. The deputy had just clamed the leader spot when the wave came. That much she knew. If she wasn't drenched and sore, she would think it was a dream. Seeing how she was drenched and sore, she had no choice but to face reality. That could mean that the clan was dead. She opened her eyes, determined to prove the thought wrong. If she survived, others could have too. Problem was, she was trapped by mud and StarClan knows what. It was weighing her down. She could only breath in short gasps. The grey she-cat started to wiggle, and grunt as the mud shifted. |

She leaned back on blazingpaw and limped over to the log looking inside she saw that the other side was blocked off by some mud and twigs. The setting sun didn't help her stay awake but she said "you sleep first I'll take first watch." She saw that the ground underneath the log slightly soggy moss. |

"Nah, It's fine. I wouldn't sleep until the sun goes down." He said before settling under the log. He sat down and tucked his paws under him. The 'den' had a strong musty smell, but at least their scent would be covered. "Come on under. 's a bit cramped, but fine really." He said.

He dug his claws into the grass, the took a deep breath. Everything happened so fast... I hope everyone is alright... What about Snakefang...? |

Blazingpaw couldn't believe it, but he was enjoying this. It felt like one of those great adventures from the legends. It was adventure and mystery. His tail lashed back and forth. Now he just had to find his sister and then they could save the clan. He grinned to himself, before his thoughts were interrupted by the queen. he blinked before shaking his head. He was just an apprentice. "You're the one with the hurt paw and kits. You take it." He said, shoving the mouse towards the queen.
