Lostsong gave another purr, tilting her head. "Come on, Fallensky! I can tell you're tried, it's nothing to be ashamed of!" She playful meowed, giving her paw a few licks.

Squirrelflight groaned audibly for a moment. "We always go to The Field." she complained under her breath, then glanced at Jaystreak and hoped he didn't actually hear her whine. She wanted to seem amture. Shaking out her fur, she mewed with feigned eagerness, "Yay! The field!"
Bluefang nodded, making sure Mistcloud was coming before bringing up the rear. Her tail flicked back and forth as she parted her jaws, already scenting to air for prey. The mingling smells of her Clanmates, still newish territory, the leaffall mildew, and prey combined frustrated the she-cat. Bluefang was already a poor hunter, the conditions were not helping her.
Shadowfall laughed yet again, then pushed herself to her paws, belly still sore from laughing so much. "C'mon, LeopardClan cat, let's go hunting." she purred teasingly, oblivious to the fact that she might've hurt her companion's feelings with the statement about his paws and the "competition" of who was a better hunter. (I know I'm shipping it cx ))

Clearpaw was exiting the medicine cat den. Her long fur was ruffled and messy. Her eyes were dull and she had an groggy expression. She stayed up most of the night memorizing herbs and she got up later today due to staying up late. The young she-cat sighed and sat down. "I should've known better," mumbled Clearpaw.

Lostsong sighed, setting her paw down. "Everyone gets tried, Fallensky. It would be crazy if you didn't" She meowed, starting to feel extremely bad. She barely ever talks, and now she was pushing her to her limit.
Oakwind let out a small sigh, panic filling him for a few moments. But he pushed that away, letting a smile explode across his face. "Sure, lets go!" He casually meowed, pretending he didn't care. But inwardly, he just wanted to race away and never have to go hunting again in his lifetime.
( ShadowfallxOakwind will officially be the first ship of this clan! Should we bump Oakwind's age down? He is much older than Shadowfall currently. )

Flicking his stub, where his tail used to be, he watched the camp bustle around, his usual schedule leaving him to his thoughts at the moment. His eyes trailed over to where Clearpaw was, the apprentice that he had not yet quite come close with yet. He had seen her around a few times and knew that she was kind. His whiskers twitched and he shifted his gaze to his paws, knowing it would probably unsettle her if he continued to stare. He flexed his claws, watching them curve into the soft soil underneath him as he lay in the shade.

The apprentice noticed Nettlewhisker and sighed. The shy she-cat grabbed some fresh-kill and walked over to him. Have to start one way or the other, she thought to herself as she dropped a rabbit in front of him. "Hello," she murmured quietly and looked away. Feeling her pelt heating up.

Shaken out of his thoughts, Nettlewhisker looked up at Clearpaw, noticing her shyness before noticing the prey. "Sleep late?" He teased, his voice soft and tinted with a teasing smirk plastered on his face. He then noticed the prey, confused at first although it was warming. "Is the prey for me?" He looked up, generally beweildered, well most times he was anyways. Nettlewhisker had tilted his head just slightly, he had come accustomed to it especially after losing his tail. |

Lórien - Shadowfall trotted eagerly out of the camp entrance, tail high in the air behind her. Clearpaw eyes widened a bit and she looked at her fur. Oh dear..she thought and out of embarrassment she gave a uneasy giggle. "Yeah," she muttered then looked at the prey. "It is for you, just thought you could eat some." She meowed quietly and flicked her tail back and forth nervously.

Shadowfall nodded, not pressing the matter anymore. With the tom's words left hanging over them, Shadowfall sniffed deeply, parting her jaws to scent the air better. "Should we hunt here? I smell a few starlings and maybe a squirrel or two."

Lostsong nodded, thinking of her debt to her clan. Even if the denied that she owed anything to them, she knew she always would. They saved her life, so she would put everything she has into helping her clan. "Now if I were you I would go take a nap. You can't serve your clan if you're dragging your paws, half asleep." She tried to by as friendly as she said this, but she could hear in her own voice that she was being a bit bossy. Lostsong pushed that away, knowing that it was for Shadowfall's own good.
