Leafstorm narrowed his eyes a little. It seemed Hollow was the dominant one here. "Yes. This is actually my first time in the camp. It seems you two had a good hunting trip." He noticed the fresh-kill pile with the two mice and the squirrel.

"Oh yeah we enjoy hunting, plus it really helps the clan out. Not many cats left so we have to make sure those of us who are still left get fed." Oak mewed.
Hollow grinned at Leafstorm, "Best keep yourself fed and healthy, Leafbare will be here soon enough."
Oak nudged his brother gently, "He'll be fine... We all will!" he said giving Leafstorm another smile.

Leafstorm returned the smile. This was good, to have more friends. But he couldn't help being a little suspicious of these two cats. Still thought, they seemed very friendly. "Maybe I can go with you on a hunting trip with you guys sometime?"

Oak went silent and looked at his brother, seemingly unsure how to answer. Hollow gave a toothy grin and chuckled, "Sure you can! More cats mean more prey after all." Hollow's bright yellow eyes appeared to be locked onto Leafstorm despite his happy expression.

Leafstorm didn't miss Oak's glance at his brother. He suspected that Oak was maybe a different cat away from his brother. He kept the smile on his face. "That sounds awesome. It was nice meeting you two."

"Likewise, hope we can talk again sometime!" Oak smiled, waving his tail. Hollowed quietly turned away from the conversation and started grooming again.

Leafstorm waved his tail back at Oak as he walked away. He saw Ravenstar a small distance away. One last cat to talk to and make friends with. He padded over to his leader and dipped his head respectfully. "Hello, Ravenstar."

Ravenstar smiled, "Hello Leafstorm, how are you getting along so far in the clan?" she mewed, sitting down an wrapping her tail around her paws neatly.

Leafstorm sat down as well. "Very well. All of the cats around here seem very friendly. I admit, I was a little worried entering the camp that the other cats wouldn't accept me." He gave Ravenstar a grin.

"Oh now that's something you shouldn't have to worry about here, everyone here is pleasant and kind." Ravenstar purred, "Besides I'm leader, what I say goes. So they would've had to warm up to you eventually anyways." she laughed, her whiskers twitching in amusement.

Leafstorm laughed and purred as well. It felt good to have such a friendly leader. He had definitely chosen the right Clan. "That's good to hear," he responded. "This is definitely where I belong."

Ravenstar nodded, "I'm glad you feel so at home here, we're happy to have you apart of the clan. The clan needs more warriors to support it." she smiled and placed her tail comfortingly on Leafstorm's shoulder.

Leafstorm shut his eyes for a second, allowing himself to be comforted by his leader's touch. "I will be loyal to this Clan as long as I live," he promised. "You can count on that. And I'll be sure to ask any friendly rogues or strong kittypets to join as well."

Leafstorm nodded. "It certainly would. BarnClan will one day be known all throughout the world for our strength and loyalty, I just know it," he purred, dreaming of the future of the Clan.

"It was nice to talk to you, Ravenstar." Leafstorm gave a yawn. He noticed that the sun was starting to dip below the horizon. It had been a long day. "Maybe I should get some rest though."

"Yes I'm sure the others will be going to sleep soon. Early to bed, early to rise." Ravenstar yawned. "Plus, sleeping is just too wonderful to pass up." she chuckled to herself. "Goodnight Leafstorm."
Brightember started heading toward the warrior's sleeping area, lying down in a small nest of hay. She said goodnight to Hollow and Oak as they passed her, heading out of camp.

Leafstorm gave a little chuckle at her joke. "Goodnight, Ravenstar." Leafstorm turned and watched Hollow and Oak walk towards the camp entrance. He narrowed his eyes suspiciously. There was plenty of food in the fresh-kill pile. Certainly they wouldn't be out hunting now? He walked over to the warrior's sleeping area and saw Brightember curling up in her nest.

Brightember saw Leafstorm and smiled, "You getting ready to go to sleep?" she asked, yawning big. Small pieces of hay already sticking to her fur.

Leafstorm took a moment to debate. Should he maybe figure out what Hollow and Oak were doing? Perhaps not. He shouldn't be so suspicious of his new clan mates. He gave Brightember a smile and nodded. He started to pull some hay together to make a nest near Brightember.

Brightember pawed at her nest trying to make it more comfortable, "This stuff isn't so bad after a while, it's really good to have when it gets cold like this." she smiled and stretched out in her nest before curling her body closer, her head resting on her paws.

Leafstorm circled in his newly made nest and then laid down. He grimaced a little as some of the hay poked him. But Brightember was right. It would be warm in the coming season. He gave a smile. "I'm sure it is. Goodnight, Brightember."
