i. Bloodclan -- the baddest and bloodiest cat's in the forest.IntroductionThe moon light shone brightly across the clearing, casting dark shadows along the ground from the great oaks that stood tall and wide. The leaves rustled and the wind whistled. The night was silent, otherwise. A large boulder sat in the clearing, though not directly in the center. Eyes seemed to peer down from the top of the rock, glowing and glinting mischievously in the dark shadows.
Your ears slowly flattened against your head. Did I trespass on those wildcats? I didn't think I had come so close to-- Your thoughts were broken by a loud grumble coming from your stomach. A small chuckle like growl seemed to echo throughout the clearing, causing your fur to bristle. A rather small sized dark brown tabby she-cat leaped off of the rock and landed gracefully on her paws in front of you. "W-who are you?" You hiss uneasily. If the cat attacked, you had no chance in defending to your full strength. You were hungry, thirsty and weak.
"Now now, kitty. No need to be frightened. I'm Dusk. I'm the leader of Bloodclan. We are the cats, the baddest and bloodiest cats you'll ever come across. We rule these forests." The she-cats green eyes were hard and glittering with a look that spoke the words for her that she wasn't kidding. "You are trespassing on our territory. It wouldn't be fair if I chased off a sickly looking cat such as yourself. I'd probably kill you before we passed the border on the other end of the moor." The she-cat snorted and lashed her tail.
What was Dusk going to do? You had no idea. She stared at you, her eyes glowing with an evil tint. The words she spoke next shocked you.
"I'm giving you a choice. Either you join Bloodclan's ranks, or you get killed. By me. Here and now." Dusk shrugged simply and smirked. What were you going to do?
WelcomeHello, and welcome to Bloodclan -- Reborn. This is based off of after when the clans leave the forest. Dusk, the leader of Bloodclan, has gathered cats of all kinds-- rogues, kitty-pets, loners, and even possible old clan cats(idk about this one) to join the ranks of the new Bloodclan. This all means, Bloodclan's territory and everything will be that of Thunderclan, Riverclan, Windclan and Shadowclan's old territories. That will be further explained in the territory, of course. This clan by all means, is not a bad clan, even if they are considered the "baddest and bloodiest". Bloodclan cats just tend to have no mercy to trespassers (sometimes) or those who disobey rules. This clan will not be disgusting and blood filled by any means. Roleplay Rules
i. activity. my biggest pet peeve is when people join a roleplay or clan and never return. Of course we've all done it once or twice, call me a hypocrite, but please tell me before you leave. All i need is at least one roleplay post per week. That's literally all i'm asking. If it's been two weeks without one, youll recieve a warning. three weeks, i'll pm you and ask. if its a yes, you've one week to recover from inactivity before i delete your character(s). ii. literacy. we all get lazy. i'm not going to have a minimum, considering it is quality or quantity. But please try to refrain from short phrases and one liners. If you have a low muse, don't reply, simply let the person know, and figure out a small plot between your cats. this also means try to match what you're given; but do not over do it for anyone. if your capable of long and multiple paragraphs, keep in mind the person you are roleplaying with might not be. this is not by all means an advanced roleplay. its for anyone and everyone. with that being said, i want NO other forms other than story form. so no -, *, // or whatever. iii. plots & side plots. i don't want you to feel like you can't add drama; please. feel free. but this doesn't mean making a huge plot because of it. plots are to be discussed with me, here or via PM. side plots, those are to be smaller (such as fox scent in the territory, or love drama) are okay. I would like to know about them, but feel free to do them on your own. big plots would include dog packs attacking, rogue cats attacking, a badger attack, a plague, a insider (a cat of bloodclan) attacking and going on a killing rampage, etc. All in all, PLEASE discuss everything with me. iv. forum rules. you all know these, but if not, here is the old rules [ from the official WCRF site ] and the updated forum rules of WCRP. It is very simple to follow a set of rules; it also leaves me less time configuring rules to keep this rp from being deleted. Simply put; all rules you'd find in every roleplay (i.e. rating, gore, kit-ing [anything kit related such as stealing and killing and actual kitting,]) should be followed here, understandable? good.v. realism. please, for the love of starclan, do not make an unrealistic cat. I want this to be as realistic as possible. No wings, pink fur, rainbow eyes, ya get it? This also means do not make your cat perfect, and make he or she seem like ever other cat swoons over them. (considering sexualities will be allowed, i doubt every cat will like your cat alone.) I understand adding attributes to your cat such as "pretty" or "handsome" but please.... no cat is the "most pretty" or "most handsome." Y'all know how this works, I assume. vi. high ranks. okay, here is the deal. You are more than welcome to apply for high ranks, but that doesnt exactly mean you will get it. the only high rank immediately up for grabs is the healer. In order to get second in command, i must appoint you as so. I will personally PM you and tell you i wish for you character to be a high rank, and continue by having Dusk hold a meeting. Simple. This also means do not ask me for the second in command spot. if you would like it, just let me know you want your cat to be a SIC candidate and i'll add you to a list. note: this does not, by any means, mean you will get the spot. vii. naming. bloodclan cats do not have warrior names. it's simple. I will only allow creative and original names, kitty pet names (i.e. henry, fred, harry, oreo, princess etc.) and well, anything really, as long as it isnt a clan name, is that so hard? viii. leader role/religious beliefs of the clan. okay, yeah. simply put; bloodclan does not believe in starclan. leading to the leaders having one life, and only one life. bloodclan cats have no religious beliefs what so ever, so basically, when your cat dies, they're literally dead without a spirit. ix. bullying+spam. will never be tolerated here on this page. bullying? never. spam? only if you are calling someone to another rp. Other than that, do. not. do. it. x. password. if you have sincerely read all the rules, please put "october" in you join post. Other than that, please have fun! Joining joining page link
name // gender // rank // age // sexuality create a 1 to 5 (or more) lined description. This MUST include what your cat looks like. I don't want reference photos, whereas they wont be posted. This can also include (meaning it is optional) personality, history, how the clan sees them, best friends etc. It's all up to you. ; ; tagged user ; ;
if you are joining with a 'paw, please include what they are training for, fighter or hunter. and add a requested mentor, otherwise i will give you one.
DirectoryI. introduction, welcome, directory, roleplay rules, joining. II. history, territory, bloodclan code. III. plots, relationships, mentor-apprentice, members. IV & V. Allegiances. VI. herbs, battle moves, links, and credits. VII. Save VIII. Save.

Bloodclan. The clan that wanted to rule the forest but was destroyed when Firestar killed Scourge. Dusk was not yet born when the battle happened, no. Her mother, though, named Mocca, had been a young cat living under Scourge in search of protection. Scourge offered said protection, and Mocca grew up in the alliances of Bloodclan. When the day of battle came, though, Mocca was still quite young, yet she made it out alive. Heavily wounded, Mocca ran away and found herself in the care of a two-leg. There, she grew up for quite a few years until she met a handsome tom named Dusk. Dusk disappeared after a moon, never to be seen again by Mocca. A couple of sunrises after Dusk had disappeared, Mocca realized she was having kits. In this litter she had two toms and a petite little she-kit. the she-kit was the weakest, and wasn't expected to live. But Mocca found her to look just like her father so she named her Dusk. The two toms were named Fog and Raven. Moons had passed since Mocca had given birth. She was close to old age and passing off. But she mewed stories to her young kits about Bloodclan and their vicious ways. Fog was left impressed, Raven was questioning, and Dusk.. well, she wanted to get that clan back. So, Dusk set off on a hunt for cats and vicious fighters, training herself and them as she went along. Raven and Fog had tagged along with her. The three led the rapidly growing clan back into the forest, where her mother had told them of and set camp there, caring for each other and training each other for any battles or attacks. [ since no cat within bloodclan believes in starclan, the leader does not receive the nine lives of a true leader. ] And that... was the rebirth of B L O O D C L A N.
Territory above is the territory Bloodclan has taken over. Yes, I understand that it has the original clan names, but they take over all of thunderclan territory, all of windclan, part of shadowclan-- little to none-- and all of the riverclan territory. The Thunderclan camp is the main camp. This is where all the cats usually live unless they are punished, then they are sent to the Windclan camp. The Riverclan camp is being used as an extra space. Sick cats and injured cats who need less attention are sent here, yet still cared for by one of the healers. Bloodclan tend to hunt wherever they please, but mostly in the stream, on the moor, and in the woodlands. Two-leg place is banned to enter unless strictly told otherwise. Fourtrees is now just used for a secondary camp when the other becomes overcrowded. Highstones is technically nonexistent. And that's basically all. A majority of the cats spend their time in the thunderclan territory, but wander throughout them all. Shadowclan camp has not be rediscovered. Borders are all of Thunderclan, Riverclan, Windclan's and half of Shadowclans. So, it's a huge territory. The owl tree, great sycamore, snakerocks and sometimes fourtrees are used as battle practice grounds.
Bloodclan Code i. leaders word is law. do not challenge it. ii. second in commands may be challenged, and killed if another cat wants the position. iii. bloodclan cats are not to leave by any means. This may result in dusk killing some cat. iv. bloodclan cats are not to enter two-leg place without strict orders to do so. v. kittens must be six or seven moons old to become a 'paw. vi. hunters must learn to fight, and fighters must learn to hunt. vii. old cats over 100 moons are to leave the clan and fend for themselves, or be killed by Dusk. viii. rogues and loners who wish to join must battle a fighter. they are required to pin the fighter, not kill him or her. ix. kittens are to stay in camp unless taken out by a fighter and hunter or their mother. x. healers are to be respected, and are allowed to have kits. xi. prisoners are typically killed, but when they are not, they will be fed with whatever left overs. [ honestly, i might add more rules to the code. ]

IV.Allegiances pt. 1{ leader, second in command, healers, hunters & fighters }
Leader | { the cat in charge of the clan. } dusk // she-cat // leader // 37 moons // bisexual A dark brown tabby she-cat with pale green eyes and a slim coat, except with a fluffy and feather soft tail. She has a dark blue collar around her neck, marking that she was once a kitty-pet. But much like the old Bloodclan, it is marked and studded with teeth and claws. She has elongated claws like Scourge did. She is quite short, and sometimes told that she could pass as Scourge's sibling or daughter, but she is in no means related to the dark leader of Bloodclan. Dusk may not seem like it, but she is kind, loyal and sweet to those who prove themselves to her. Even with that, she is blood thirsty and will kill those who do not go by her word. She takes loyalty very seriously. She is quite, and only discusses stuff with cats closest to her. She led Bloodclan to the forest that was once owned by the four great clans. She enjoys fishing and swimming, but also loves to climb trees. Dusk can sometimes be soft, which led the clan to believing in Starclan and their ancestors, even if many cats don't. Her brothers are her closet cats, Raven and Fog. ;; -` gumi ´- .✫ 🐾 ;;Second in Command | { much like the deputies in clans, though can be challenged for this spot, by killing previous second in command. This spot only opens up in that way, or until Dusk decides to appoint someone new. }
DUSK WILL DECIDE. DO NOT ASK FOR THIS POSITION. though you may put "second in command candidate" if you would really like to be this role. it requires activity.
Healers | { there may be more than two; but no more than four. } cloud // tom // healer 'paw // 8 moons // homosexuala small white tom with a slightly fluffy pelt and dark gray eyes. he has black paw-tips, ears, tail tip. Cloud is a young 'paw that is quite skittish and one to seem out of place within a clan of blood thirsty cats such as these. Hence why the young tom chose to become a healer. He refuses to participate in battles and only likes caring for others. He can hunt when it is absolutely needed, though, Willow is his sister, and seems to be the only one to talk to him, despite him being a healer. ;; -` gumi ´- .✫ 🐾 ;;Hunters | { cats that are dedicated to hunting for the clan. though, most cats hunt for themselves, these cats are set to finding food for the leader, second in command, and the nursers and kittens. they do fight when needed. }
raven // tom // 37 moons // pansexual a large black tom with piercing green eyes and brown tabby stripes stretching up his legs and along his tail. He has a smear of gray-white along his chest. raven is a spirited young cat that likes to prove himself. he is fierce and loyal, a quite talkative. raven is really close with his brother and sister. he was never too keen about fighting, so he became a hunter. though, raven does know how to fight and take care of himself. even with his stubborn ways. ;; -` gumi ´- .✫ 🐾 ;;
Victor // tom // hunter // 20 moons // homosexual Victor is a lanky, furry tom with narrow, amber-brown eyes. His fur is badly groomed and sticking up here and there, a dull dark gray with the exception of a white expanse of fur from his chest to his belly. Upon first impression, one might see this small cat as an easy victim, weak, stupid or gullible. His weak presence and avoidant nature creates an illusion of shyness. Behind the illusion, Victor is extremely calculating and competitive. While he is a hunter in the Clan, he doesn't take fighting training as a joke either; in fact, his strength and cunning could probably match some of the middle-level fighters of Bloodclan, and Victor only seeks to improve. However, he's also immensely cautious. With an imaginative and working mind like his, Victor always has had the tendency to see all the terrible consequences of anything, holding him back. He's very conscientious about his own physical and mental well-being. His litter mates are Dahlia and Athena. ; ; Kurosu ; ;
Athena // she-cat // hunter // 20 moons // homosexual Athena is a thin, dark gray she-cat with a white tail-tip; amber eyes. Her fur is also very thin, making her have a slightly sickly appearance despite being perfectly healthy. She's one of the weaker cats in the Clan, but it doesn't stop her from being persistent and determined to serve Dusk. While her siblings are amazingly successful, Athena herself is terribly mediocre and often feels inferior and unconfident. Her self consciousness can get in the way a lot, making her vulnerable to anybody authoritative. There are barely any redeeming qualities about her; it's like her Clanmates can all out-perform her in anything and everything. Despite that, Athena keeps herself motivated and hardworking. She's amazingly optimistic and can make any challenge seem like a piece of cake! I mean, mouse? Her high levels of empathy and understanding keep her on good terms with everyone in the Clan—even though she's regarded as a bit lesser than the rest, she's serious and determined. Cats may steer clear of her at times, but she's proved herself over and over again of her capabilities through much effort. ; ; Kurosu ; ;
Fighters | { these cats are dedicated to protecting the clan from threats and predators; they'd so much as fight a two leg if they have to. }
fog // tom // fighter // 37 moons // demisexual a large dark gray tom cat with lighter gray stripes and soft amber eyes. He has the occasional black mackerel tabby markings, that fade into a silver gray color, giving his fur a blue tint like his mothers. he is muscular. fog is a understanding and kind young cat, with a heart of gold. but, much like his sister, he is blood-thirty and battle hungry. Fog isn't afraid to get his paws dirty. He is very stubborn, and tends to try and do things himself, even if he tends to fail. ;; -` gumi ´- .✫ 🐾 ;;
bramble // tom // fighter // 29 moons // questioning. a medium sized tom cat with light brown-ginger fur and black split tabby stripes. The bottom of his paws are black, and his ear tips are black. He has a flash of white stretching from his chest to his stomach. Bramble has dark blue-green eyes. He is young, carefree, loyal and battle-hungry. He tends to try and one-up cats he sees as a challenge, causing him to be stubborn until his manages to do so. ;; -` gumi ´- .✫ 🐾 ;;
Dahlia // she-cat // fighter // 20 moons // asexual Dahlia is a slender she-cat with mostly brown and gray patches of fur, with occasional white tufts, all kept sleek and very nice through regular grooming; she likes to look her best and carries herself confidently. Her amber eyes radiate power and her head is always tilted a bit upwards. Her confidence comes from her ever-present talent in many, many things—hunting, fighting, teaching, even memorizing herbs. She's extroverted and professionally friendly, yet her circle of friends is very contained and private; Dahlia hates to spend her time with "ordinary" cats. But despite her perfect image, she's haunted by boredom and the fear of feeling empty. She's prone to randomly disappearing from the Clan for days, weeks, even moons at a time. Nobody knows what she does when she's gone, but she always seems rejuvenated by then. Her litter mates are Victor and Athena. ; ; Kurosu ; ;

V.Allegiances pt. 2{ 'paws, nursers, kittens & outcasts }
'Paws |{ these cats are equivalents of apprentices. They are training to be fighters or hunters. Kittens must be six moons old to become a paw. Dusk chooses each 'paw's destiny. } willow // she-cat // hunter 'paw // 8 moons // bisexuala small built silver-white she-cat with black tabby stripes, ears and paws. She has soft golden brown eyes and a soft pelt. Much like her brother, she doesn't care all too much for battles. She is quiet, but can be very playful and energetic. She is stubborn at times, but hates to argue. she does have fighting skills, though her tracking and hunting skills are much better. willow is a slightly dependent she-cat, that likes to be taught things. she catches on to things quickly, even though she could've never made it as a healer, like her brother, cloud. ;; -` gumi ´- .✫ 🐾 ;;
Nursers |{these cats are the equivalents of queens. they either are expecting, nursing or helping take care of kits because they're too coward to be a fighter or hunter. }Kittens |{ the equivalent of kits. }
Outcasts | { cats outside of bloodclan. Typically if a cat becomes too old to fend for itself in the clan, Dusk gives them the chance to live or die, and then casts them out of the clan. }

Battle Moves these are from wiki. i do not own these. these are also the warrior battle moves, but ill use these because it's easier.
Back Kick - Explosive surprise move to catch opponent from behind. Judge opponent's distance from you carefully, then lash out with your back legs, taking all weight on your front paws. Belly Rake - A fight-stopper. Slice with unsheathed claws against the soft flesh of the opponent's belly. If you're pinned down, the belly rake quickly puts you back into control. Front Paw Blow - Frontal attack. Bring your front paw down hard on your opponent's head. Claws sheathed. Front Paw Strike/Forepaw Slash - Frontal attack. Slice downward with your front paw at the face or body of your opponent. Killing Bite - A death blow to the back of the neck. Quick and silent and sometimes considered honorable. Used only as a last resort. Leap-and-hold - Ideal for a small cat facing a larger opponent. Spring onto opponent's back and grip with unsheathed claws. Now you are beyond the range of the opponent's paws and in position to inflict severe body wounds. A group of apprentices can defeat a large and dangerous warrior in this way. Watch for the drop-and-roll counter move, and try to jump free before you get squashed. Partner Fighting - Warriors who have trained and fought together will often fall instinctively into a defensive position, each protecting each other's back while fending off an opponent on either side. Slashing, clawing, and leaping together, battle pairs can be a whirlwind of danger for attackers. Play Dead - Effective in a tight situation, such as when you are pinned. Stop struggling and go limp. When your opponent relaxes their grip, thinking you are defeated, push yourself up explosively. This will throw off an unwary opponent and put you in attacking position. Scruff Shake - Secure a strong teeth grip in the scruff of your opponent's neck; then shake violently until they are too rattled to fight back. Most effective against rats, who are small enough to throw. A strong throw will stun or kill them. Tail Yank - Grab your opponent's tail and yank it with such force your opponent is thrown off balance.
Teeth Grip - Target your opponent's extremities- the legs, tail, scruff or ears- and sink in your teeth and hold. This move is similar to the leap-and-hold except your claws remain free to fight. Upright Lock - Final, crushing move on already weakened opponent. Rear up on back legs and bring weight down on opponent. If opponent does the same, wrestle and flip them under you. This makes you vulnerable to the belly rake, so it takes great strength and speed. Half-Turn Belly Rake - Turn onto your side, slip under the opponent's belly, rake it with your claws, then swiftly turn back onto all fours out from under your opponent. Badger Defense: Leap over opponent, turn on your back legs and bite opponent's leg. Used only when fighting badgers. Duck and Twist: Simple defensive move. The cat ducks then twists around, rolling over onto their back, and then springs to their paws. Jump and pin: Complicated move. Leap backwards, and bounce off the wall. With precise accuracy, land on the cat.

[ Cool! Here's a starter, then. Let me know if I godmodded too much here? ]
The air felt heavy on Dahlia's thick pelt, and she resisted the urge to groom herself once more. She ambled out into the clearing; it was very empty. With nothing else to do, Dahlia made her way to the fresh-kill pile. However, instead of picking out a piece of nice prey, her eyes glanced around the camp clearing for some company.
The she-cat's eyes brightened when another cat appeared in the clearing. She called out, "Hey, Raven," her voice breaking the breezy, empty silence. "Wanna share a squirrel?"
