Frostcloud nodded, "Yeah, that's fine," she said easily, stretching her shoulders. She noticed Ravensong's stiffened shoulders and softened towards him. "You can lead on," she meowed to him, knowing well that since she was the senior warrior, she would traditionally be the one to lead the hunt. However, she wanted to see his leadership skills as well as how he worked with Creekpaw. ( Dragoness That's completely fine! Actually I probably will be poofy too.)

Creekpaw stood quietly in front of the two warriors looking between them as they talked. She gave a warm smile at Frostcloud seeing that she was joining them on this hunting exercise, she turned to Ravensong noticing his demeanor change just as Frostcloud padded over nd hoped he was okay, he was a rather shy tom but Creekpaw didn't think anything of it until now, she wondered what made him so uneasy.

Cool, adding you now! }
"Thank you", he said with a respectful flick of the tail to Frostcloud, before turning back to his apprentice. "Do you want to lead the way? I want to see how well you know our territory by now. If you notice any prey on the way, you can persue it." He smiled at Creekpaw, and stepped aside as if to say 'you first'. "Frostcloud and I will be behind you, watching how you do. Please don't feel any pressure, though."

Breezefoot bounded into camp, her mouth clutching a fat squirrel. She carefully deposited it into the fresh-kill pile, and went over to greet the other three cats in the clearing. "Hi Creekpaw!" She meowed. She had always liked the young apprentice. "Hi Ravensong," she paused before continuing, "it really is a good day to hunt. I mean, the weather is perfect and all of the animals are out and..." she stopped short when an impatient Frostcloud gently cuffed her niece. "Sorry," she winced apologetically to the jet-black tom.

Creekpaw gave a brisk nodded to Breezefoot as she retured to camp with a squirrel in her jaws. She looked up at Ravensong as he asked her to take the lead, she felt her pelt become hot having two warriors watching her was a little nerve wracking shifting on her paws she made her way toward the camp entrace.

Frostcloud rolled her eyes as Breezefoot rambled on. Her niece had a tendency to babble for as long as she was able. After softly cuffing her, she turned to Creekpaw. "Is this your first hunt that you're going to lead?" The apprentice certainly seemed a little tense, and that brought Frostcloud back to her own memories as an apprentice.

If cats could blush, Ravensong would have been completely red. Luckily for him, they couldn't, and he managed not to make a complete fool of himself as he uttered an unsure "Uh, thank you" to Breezefoot. Ravensong caught on to Creekpaw's nervosity, and did his best to be relieving. "Hey, I'm sure you're going to be fine. No one will judge you - I remember my first hunt with my mentor. A disaster, to put it mildly", Ravensong said with a shudder at the memory. "Anyway, you're here to learn, right? Think about the warrior you want to be."

Creekpaw relaxed a little thankful for Ravensong's vote of confidence he was giving her. "The kind of warrior I want to be..." She took a second to think, her father Adderflame was the first cat she could think of and she shook her head. "Well Ravensong if I could be a warrior like you I'm happy. Should we head off for Whispering Woods?"

"Let's go," Frostcloud tensed her muscles, ready to hunt. "If you don't do well you can always blame Ravensong for your ineptitude." She told Creekpaw. Of course she had meant the tease as a joke, but hopefully Ravensong would see it that way. Cats of the clan always seemed to be intimidated by her, even when she was trying to be funny. It also didn't help that the jet-black tom seemed to always be tense around her.

For a second Ravensong tensed, but then he let out a tiny laugh. He could sense that Frostcloud only meant well, and had begun to warm up to her. He knew that she had raised Breezefoot, whose mother had been a rogue. Thinking about it, he probably had a lot in common with the silver tabby. He glanced at her curiously for a second, before returning his attention back to his apprentice. "I'm sure you'll become a warrior even greater than me someday", he said modestly and nodded to her. "Yeah, we should probably get going. Lead the way, Creekpaw."

(Yes! I was hoping to involve all the clans, but it seems everyone is not as active, so I think it'd be best just to do if for Depthclan for now. I can involve Stormcloud farther into the prophecy if need be, but that would only be if other people don't want to be in the prophecy. I was thinking for if all the clans were a part of it, that we could do like, a solar eclipse or draught? But if it's just Depthclan we can do a prophecy where the trees are dying, but only on Depthclan's outskirts of territory, and it's slowly making its way towards camp. Herbs are dying and such, which would be why Stormcloud noticed so fast.)

Frostcloud gave one of her rare smiles to Ravensong, relieved that they had finally found common ground. She saw him glance at her niece and stifled her amusement. Breezefoot's comment about his eyes, Ravensong's glance over to her niece...it seemed only fitting that the two most awkward cats in the clan from rogue origins would be attracted to each other.
Breezefoot saw Ravensong's glance over and hid a smile. She had always liked the black tom since they were apprentices. After all, the had so much in common, and his brilliant blue eyes didn't help her crush.

Creekpaw took notice at Breezefoot and Ravensong interaction between each, it would be surprising if they became mates one day. She took the lead of the partol heading for The Whispering Woods, the young apprentice made sure to take notice of her surroundings tasting the air a few times for any scent of prey or anything unusual.

Ravensong gave Frostcloud a quick, respectful nod, his way of acknowledging her approval. Then he took to his paws and followed his apprentice soundlessly. He left some distance between them, allowing her to really show off her skills. He soon caught the scent of a tasty vole way up ahead the path, but didn't mention it. Instead he kept walking, wandering how long it would take for Creekpaw to catch it.

Frostcloud followed behind the two other cats. She crouched down, already hearing the chirp of a bird. Finally spotting her target, she crept on her haunches, finally leaping with claws outstretched to the robin. She made an easy kill, giving thanks to Starclan for the catch. She quickly buried it in the dirt, planning to come back for it later.

Creekpaw padded along tasting the air once more picking up the scent of the vole, stopping in her tracks she lowered herself to the ground searching for it as she laid eyes on it she crept over waiting for the right moment to pounce. In a heartbeat Creekpaw leaped forward not so graceful as she landed on the vole and delivered the killing bite.

Sorry! }
"That was great!" Ravensong exclaimed, his gigantic blue eyes shining. "Your timing was spot on and the killing blow was precise and quick, just like we practised. If you keep learning at this pace, by the time you're 12 moons old you're going to be an extremely resourceful warrior. Or what do you guys think?" The jet-black tom turned around to look at the two other warriors, a beaming smile on his face. Now that he was starting to warm up to the group he subconsiously allowed himself to relax and show more confidence than he usually did.

Creekpaw felt proud for making the catch and Ravensong's approval, she dug a hole and placed the vole inside giving it with dirt to retrieve it later. She noticed the trees that where found in The Whispering Woods up ahead and she looked up at the leaves as a breeze blew past, these woods had a erie feel about them. "Is it really dead cat voices that medicine cats hear?" She asked

"Yes," Frostcloud carefully said, "the cats are dead, but it's not at all creepy. They're our ancestors and they guide us." She laughed, her eyes distant as she remembered moments of the past. "I remember when Breezefoot came her as a tiny kit. She would always try to shut up anyone who talked about Starclan. She thought it was scary herself." She brushed a comforting tail-tip along Creekpaw's head, "Without them, we'd be lost."

Creekpaw glanced over at Frostcloud listening to her about Starclan, honestly she didn't really believe so much in Starclan but never said anything about it out loud. She wasn't born in Depthclan like most of the cats but Adderflame made sure that her and Beetlepaw learned the warrior code and everything about the clans she doesn't enjoy when he yowling orders around or anything but she wouldn't trade being in the clan for anything. Creekpaw padded toward a maple tree giving it a few sniffs catching the scent of a squirrel that was recently here.

Sure. Who do you wanna rp with? } "We start with prey, I suppose." Riverheart already had her eyes on a fat trout on her left. As silently as she could, she stepped into the cold water. She felt a cool sensation in the body, reminding her why she loved swimming so much. She crept forward slowly as not to create ripples, and before the one could blink, shot out a unsheathed paw and killed the trout in a swift blow. Grinning triumphantly, she carried it to the shore and looked over at Stormwind. Ravensong padded out of the warriors den, eyes squinting at the sun. He let out a huge yawn while letting his eyes get used to the light. He was not a morning person, but luckily adepted quickly. At least he was not as grumpy in the mornings as some of his clanmates, he thought to himself. It was a gorgeous day, and it didn't take long before his paws were itching to get out of camp. After having a tiny vole for breakfast, he started looking around for his apprentice. "Nice catch!" Stormwind mewed with a grin, bounding over to meet her. "We should head along the shore, the fish'll probably have moved." He mewed, flicking her pelt with water teasingly with the tip of his tail.
