I'll join a little thing =o [♂] Coyotepaw .. he/him .. 8 moons Coyotepaw is a light tan tom with a black 'tuxedo' covering his back halfway down to his stomach. The black starts lower on shoulders and tapers off until his hindquarters. His tail is striped with the tan and black, while the tip is white. A couple toes on each forepaw are colored white. He has green eyes with light yellow flecking near the centers. A short scar runs from the corner of his mouth to his cheek, but is only a skinny line and isn't really noticeable, but another scar cuts a half circle round his ankle of his right forepaw, this one more jagged and rough. open to crushes/gay .. Northfang, Ebonyfrost - [ Brownie ] - [♂] Northfang .. he/him .. 26 Moons Northfang is a dark grey tabby tom with amber eyes. Most of his fur is of a medium length, but it grows longer on his stomach and neck. This long fur makes traversing the thick forest difficult, but in turn, makes it so he is hardly ever cold. His tail is long, and longer fur hangs from the bottom to give it a flat, muskrat like appearance. Instead of being dark grey with lighter stripes to match the rest of him, his tail has wide rings of black along with the grey. The paws on his forelegs are tipped with black at the toes, though the grey also turns darker here, so that it appears as a gradual change. His paws are thin and narrow, which make him an awful swimmer(not to mention his long fur, the combination making it impossible to stay afloat no matter how hard he tries) and makes it harder for him to run quickly. His ears are tufted with black fur, and long fur grows up to shield the insides. His face is longer and more angular, more like a dog than a feline, and his teeth are sharp and formidable. open to crushes, but ace himself .. Coyotepaw. Ebonyfrost - [ Brownie ] - [♀] Ebonyfrost .. she/her .. 26 Moons Ebony is a long-furred she-cat with blue eyes. Her fur almost appears black, but is actually a very dark grey with black tabby striping. A smoke patterning also makes her fur even darker, and only in the light are the lighter shades of her shimmering pelt visible. She is tall and willowy, with long legs, delicate paws and a long, curling tail. She has a rounded face with pointed ears and a pink nose. Ebony is social and pretty, but delicate and not very good at warrior duties whatsoever. She is a passable hunter, able to stalk invisibly during the night due to her dark pelt, but she could never imagine hurting another cat and hardly paid any attention during her fighting training. She would much rather stay in the nursery with kits. open to crushes/mates! .. Northfang, Coyotepaw - [ Brownie ] - [♂] Silverhawk .. he/him .. 34 Moons In appearance, Silverhawk lives up to his name, being a grey and silver tabby tom with chocolate brown markings. His fur is of a medium length: not enough to keep off the snags and too heavy to stay out in the sun long, though his mostly light coloration helps reflect off some of the heat. Despite this, he still prefers the shade and the cold, and loves the snow. His paws always appear muddy, being tipped with a chocolate brown: lower boots on his hind paws and reaching up as higher socks on his fore. His muzzle is speckled with the chocolate colors near his nose and whiskers, and the same flecking creeps up behind his left ear. His tail is, to put it simply, fluffy, and ringed again with the same dark brown coloration. The remainder of his fur is that of a silver tabby, with shiny silvers and matte greys giving it a mottled appearance that makes him slightly better for camouflage in the snow, though he still sticks out among the trees and dirt. His eyes are a light green, ringed with darker shades around the iris. As for build, he's not the most athletic of cats, and during the warm seasons can get a noticeable chubbiness to him (although he likes to say this is only because of muscle and fluff and not because he likes taking the extra bird from the fresh-kill pile!). open to crushes/mates / bi .. n/a - [ Brownie ] - Brownie .. Brownie, Amber .. she/her [ Coyotepaw, Northfang, Ebonyfrost, Silverhawk ]

Warriors
[♀] Doefoot .. she/her .. 17 moons Doefoot has the build of the maine coon cat; large, stocky and strong-muscled and long, thick fur to go hand-in-hand with it. Her pelt is coloured that of cream with slightly darker classic tabby markings. To add to her appearance she has beautiful eyes the color of amber; they seem to glow in the darkness, too. Her nose is a dusty rose color and there is a nick in right ear. open to crushes/mates .. no immediate kin - [ @ duskpaw ] -
[⚨] Coldsong .. they/them .. 26 moons Coldsong has a rather elegant look to them. Long legs and slim build, yet they have gorgeous long fur that makes them appear slightly larger then then they actually are. Their pelt color is a lovely pale grey tabby with white paws, underbelly, chest and muzzle. Their eyes are coloured an icy yellow-green. open to crushes/mates .. beaverpaw [brother from a younger litter] - [ @ duskpaw ] -
Apprentice
[♂] Beaverpaw .. he/him .. 8 moons Big, awkward and clumsy-footed, Beaverpaw is quite the physical opposite of his quaint older sibling Coldsong. He has strong muscles, and he towers over most of the apprentices in the den. He has a ragged, dark gray tabby pelt with a paler grey muzzle, chest, underbelly, paws and tail, which is fluffier then the rest of his body, hence his name. He has yellow-green eyes. not open to crushes/mates .. coldsong [sibling from an older litter] - [ @ duskpaw ] -

{{ I hope it's okay for me to just start, but I want to get a few starters up/get a little activity going here Also going to mess with headers because this looks ew. This looks. . . Slightly better? Idk. }}
------------------
Coyotepaw The little tan apprentice sat to the side of the clearing, trying to hold back a yawn. His light green eyes roamed the camp, though he didn't really know what he was looking at -- or for. It was a lazy morning, the time seeming to trickle by without anything happening at all. He pulled his paw through the dirt, absentmindedly making shapes and whorls in the dust. This was routine. He'd usually be found here, watching, at this time of day. That's what kept Coyotepaw going: his routine. Now was the time to sit by and watch. The tan tom blinked, then covered up the lines in the dirt again. He shook the dirt off his paw before licking the dust from the fur, and then watched some more.
Ebonyfrost & Northfang "Shouldn't you be out doing something?" "Shouldn't you be out doing something instead of sitting here bugging me?" Northfang rolled his eyes. He loved his sister more than anything in the world, but sometimes she annoyed him to no end. Usually he stayed out of her buisness, but this was too far. He hadn't seen her on a patrol for two days now, only finding her sitting in a corner looking at the nursery with moon-eyes. Didn't she know that she had to actually do something to win over the toms? "If you were out doing something, I wouldn't need to bug you about it," he mewed softly, only earning a growl in response. He shrugged. So what if Ebonyfrost wanted to sit around and gossip all day? Next time he'd be sure to take the sparrow off the fresh-kill pile. Then he could tell her to catch her own if she wanted any from now on. Yes, that was it. He smiled at his plan -- to which Ebonyfrost only gave him a confused look; oh, she'd know soon enough -- and padded happily to the edge of camp. Nevermind Ebonyfrost. His paws were restless, and he for one was itching to go out and do something productive.

Sparrowpaw stretched and yawned, pushing himself to his feet. The skinny tom padded outside of his den, glancing around for anyone to maybe talk to. Spotting Coyotepaw, he waved his tail in greetings and walked over. "Hello, Coyotepaw." He meowed, tilting his head. "How are you?"

------------------
Coyotepaw The little tuxedo tom's tail twitched on the ground, scattering a bit more dust. He frowned and flicked the white-plumed tip, trying to keep it off the ground. He should've brushed a bit of leaves onto his spot. The dust just would not do for his pelt, and he'd just have to clean it later. But it was too late to avert that fate now. His eyes roamed farther. Nothing much to see, unfortunately. Usually the Clan was bustling with activity just before patrols went out, but he could only see a few cats roaming. Minkstar sat aloof, looking different without their usual stern eyes. But they were only interesting to watch for a few moments before that became boring: Coyotepaw didn't know the leader well enough to figure out what had caused the change. He shrugged. The doings of older cats was not his to worry about. He spotted his siblings talking too. They were more interesting. Both Northfang and Ebonyfrost were many moons older, and it felt weird to call them siblings since they weren't his littermates. Yet they shared the same parents, shared the same blood, and they both treated him well. He smiled at that, and wished he could go over and join them, but Ebonyfrost would probably just scowl and chase him off and Northfang would just sit and not say anything. Besides, he caught the glint of Ebonyfrost's blue eyes, and she didn't look particularly happy this morning. Better that he stayed away. Coyotepaw shifted his paws, not sure what to do. The camp usually had much more for him to observe and keep him busy, but today it was sleepy and boring. He was thinking of other things to do --hesitant to break his schedule, he was really just buying time-- when he saw a flash of motion from the apprentices den. Sparrowpaw. The little tom came over to him, and despite his shyness, Coyotepaw felt relief surge in his chest. Finally, someone to talk to. And he didn't even have to go out and possibly irritate someone himself; the little tom was always scared he would just be an annoyance if he attempted conversation. "Hey, Sparrowpaw!" he chirped. He shook his front paw to try and clean off the bits of dirt still stuck to it. He looked around the clearing before responding. "Bored, honestly. There's nothing happening at all today." ------------------

"I know." Sparrowpaw plopped down beside Coyotepaw, his tail flicking showing just how bored the tom was. "I wonder if we can go out and do a patrol ourselves, or maybe hunt or something." The tom shrugged, glancing towards the camp entrance. He didn't have much to do today, and his mentor was no where to be seen. He wasn't always one for a conversation, but as today seemed to be a particularly dull day, he decided that they might as well make something out of it. "If you're not busy or anything."

Creekpaw took a stroll around the camp and stopped at the fresh kill pile. She took a small creature from the fresh kill pile, not knowing what it was. Sitting down by it, Creekpaw finished the creature in a few large, quick bites that made her almost choke on a morsel. Coughing, she caught her breath and silently thanked Starclan for the prey even though her stomach was still rumbling. The prey was barely enough to secure a full meal, and tasted stale. "No big deal.." She mumbled breezily, her eyes scanning the camp for any unseen activity.

------------------
Coyotepaw "Nope, not doing anything," Coyotepaw mewed. He looked around for any older cats -- they always found the time to give him a boring task right when he was about to start something else -- but the clearing remained as still as it had been moments before. He noticed a few cats he missed in his early scan, but he hadn't seen his mentor or anybody important. Besides Minkstar, of course. "We could go adventuring around the lake," he suggested, "there's always something to find around there, and it's not that far from camp." Not too far indeed, the glittering lakeshore was within sight of the camp entrance. He'd been around the lake before -- all apprentices have -- but like he had said, there's always something new to explore. Frogs to chase, fish to watch, interesting scents to follow, maybe even a few new coves he could discover. He blinked, looking at the skinny brown tom. With Sparrowpaw too. Ebonyfrost was always telling him he should socialize more, make friends. Coyotepaw thought Ebonyfrost had too many friends, but that was besides the point now. ------------------

OOC {{ mk Going to finish up a Silver starter to have them all up, may wander a bit with Ebony/North Anyone's free to join me~ Especially to annoy Silver; the little kitty deserves to be annoyed. }}
------------------
Silverhawk The little silver tabby tom took a deep breath of the air coming off the lake. He had a kit-like urge to dab his paw into the water, but an equally strong urge warned him to stay away. It made a funny feeling in his stomach, this conflict did, and he actually quite liked it. He was at balance with himself, yet at war as well, each side tugging and pulling but never really giving way to the other. It was wonderful. Silverhawk looked over the water, admiring the way the sun's rays danced over the gently lapping waves, every once in a while catching the tops and making them shine a silvery gold before they dove back into the watery depths. He imagined the water like a crowd, each taking their turn to jump into the sky and be kissed by an angel. He quirked his lip up in a smile, letting his head fall to his paws. Such a poetic thought. He didn't often venture away from camp to be alone, but he was glad he broke from the norm and decided to visit the lakeside. He had found his way to a nice little cove; it wasn't too far from any path, not even too far from camp, but it was far enough that he felt away from the Clan, and that was what mattered. He felt. . . alone. But in a good way. A way he didn't realize could feel that good. The soft grass whispering tales of the forest, the little waves jumping into the sky, fiery angels kissing their darkness and making them shine. . . Yes, he liked this. It was good for the mind. Solitude. That was a good word. Solitude. ------------------

(Sorry I disappeared!)
"That sounds like a plan!" Sparrowpaw leaped to his feet, his eyes beginning to shine. "Shall we go have an adventure then? We can see if there's anything interesting to see." The skinny tom was excited now, finally something that he could do with his day! "Should we go? We can see if Creekpaw would like to join us." He motioned to the she-cat sitting by the fresh-kill pile, his tail tip flicking back and fourth. More cats to socialize with, more friends. I'm always being told I need to be more social, so there.

Creekpaw turned her head. " Hi Sparrowpaw! " She padded over to him and tilted her head, gazing inquisitively. " Are you two going on an adventure? OOC {{ I'm just going to go crazy on this one cuz it's the only 'mild interaction' we're probably going to have in a while xDD }}
------------------
Coyotepaw & Sparrowpaw & Creekpaw "Let's go!" Coyotepaw jumped up to follow the other two apprentices, taking a few moments to shake off his paws and tail from the dust. He wished he could take a few moments to get the dirt off his stomach --the dust gathered in little clumps between the thick fur, and while not that visible, he could feel it itching against his skin if he thought about it, which annoyed him-- but already the two apprentices were out of camp and he had to dash to keep up. He spotted Northfang sitting and the entrance, and quickly slipped by, ignoring his brother's call after him. No time for that now, there was too much adventuring to be had! He caught up with Sparrowpaw and Creekpaw, slowing his pace to match theirs. He smiled alongside them, feeling the warmth of companionship and sharing their excitement about the adventures all on their own. His paws lost a bit of their skip as he thought of that, and some of his prior excitement dampened. He cast a glance over his shoulder; the camp entrance was still in view, the arching ferns wavering in the light. A hint of worry blossomed in his stomach, grounding him. He hadn't been out without a warrior there before. Maybe he should have asked his brother to accompany them, just in case. But he'd ruin it, the other side of Coyotepaw's mind argued. It wouldn't be an adventure with a warrior breathing on their necks. Coyotepaw tried to throw his worries away, tempering them with the mystical feeling of the forest and the sense of adventure radiating from his companions, but it still sat there, a tight knot in his stomach. Maybe it was a good thing to keep a little bit of worry. It was hard for that to keep him down. The forest was glowing with the afternoon sun, each leaf highlighted and shadowed into stark contrast that made the world look as though it was shimmering. The pine needles reflected light like sunbeams, casting shadows that fluttered on the ground. The aroma of pine sap was heavy in the air, and he breathed in its magic with every breath until it was as much a part of him as he was of it. A smile crept up his face again until it mirrored that of his companions'. It was a magical day, the perfect day for an adventure!

OOC: (( Maybe there could be a slight bit of drama, just a pinch? One little teaspoon of drama is always worth it in the end for a spiced-up roleplay. )) Creekpaw stopped in her tracks, waiting for a moment until Coyotepaw caught up. She suddenly lifted her head, looking around. "There's some marigold and poppies out here, maybe we can pick some of them to bring back to the medicine cat. I'm sure it would help a lot." She added, wandering to and fro, nipping off a few stalks of marigold from a marigold plant and poking behind bushes.

"Just leave them here, we can grab them on the way back. You don't want to be carrying around plants the entire time, do you?" Sparrowpaw meowed, pausing for a moment to wait for Creekpaw. He looked around, excited. This too was his first time out in the forest with only apprentices, he was never one to be taking risks, but at the moment he was nothing but ready to get going and find something that he could always remember, maybe bring his own apprentice to one day.

Creekpaw sighed, but dropped the herbs and nodded. "I guess so.. " She mumbled with a shrug, trying to remember this good herb-picking spot so she could return later and pick them up. Not completely focused, her limbs uncoordinated, Creekpaw splashed into a puddle while daydreaming. Water splashed everywhere, and her eyes instantly widened with sincere apology. Shaking her pelt and once again spraying droplets, she trotted over to catch up with Sparrowpaw.

Coyotepaw & Sparrowpaw & Creekpaw Coyotepaw grinned as he watched Creekpaw dash around collecting herbs, and took the moment to watch. They hadn't even gotten to the water yet! He would have helped the little she-cat, but the scent of flowers made him sneeze. Besides, she looked like she was having enough fun on her own. He couldn't help but grin at Sparrowpaw's admonishment, and caught the other tom's eye for a moment. She-cats. Always getting distracted so easily! Then they were off again, on the path to the lake. Sparrowpaw was in the lead, but once they got to the shore Coyotepaw couldn't help but to make his way all the way to the water's edge, dipping his black tipped paw into the water. "It's so shiny!" he exclaimed, eyes wide. He put his paw in again, throwing more droplets into the air with a laugh.

Creekpaw watched as Coyotepaw dashed to the water, and briskly padded over, stepping over a rotting log that had just come into her line of view. She splashed a pawful of water at his face once she skidded to a halt by the shore, giggling and suddenly loosing her grip on the flat ground. Gasping, she plunged into the lake as bubbles surfaced. Her paws churned easily in the water, and Creekpaw's tabby head came up almost immediately. It was noticeable that swimming was no problem for her, and she dissapeared underneath the water on purpose once again. "Umpph!" She exclaimed, doggy-paddling back to solid ground with a soaking wet pelt.

He hardly had a chance to do anything before he was splashed again, this time with the full force of Creekpaw. He staggered back, blinking water out of his green eyes, his face and chest dripping with water. He sat a few tail-lengths away from the edge, out of easy splashing distance this time, trying to lick the wet out of his fur. He shivered as the cold water touched his tongue, but it felt good against his throat. "Not nice," he commented when Creekpaw came out of the water. He let a smile touch his face before he went back to drying himself. Although his fur was long, it wasn't that hard to dry out, and the initial shock of his unexpected wetting was starting to wear off. ------------------

The tom promised, splashing forward into the lake to meet Creekpaw and slamming his paw down into the water, sending a wave of water over the already wet she-cat.
