Raven found herself looking around as they walked. She had to admit, even with the snow, that it was a beautiful place to live. Much better than her old home. She turned and finally saw the lake, partly frozen and shining. Her eyes widened in surprise. "I've never seen anything like that," She padded closer and just stared at it.

(Sorry I disappeared last night. I feel asleep >.< )

"Riverclan? Odd name," Raven replied quietly. She sat down and looked at the other two area around the lake, wondering who lived there. "What about those? Do clans live there?" She asked. She glanced behind them and swore she saw the mountains in the distance. She knew cats lived there, but the clans were foreign to her.

"Are they all the same as your clan?" Raven questioned curiously. She shook her fur and looked at him. "So there is Wind, River, and Shadow. What about your clan? And, also, I don't even know what to call any of you," She found it amusing in a way. They were really giving her a place to stay and were surprisingly kind to her.

Raven looked at him for a moment before she went back to looking at the lake. "Is that because you're red?" She asked teasingly. She flicked her tail back and forth, thinking as she waited for a response.

"Well I think so," Raven mewed. She let out a breath before she looked back toward him, green eyes bright. "Raven. That's my name," She added as an afterthought.

Raven purred a little. "I guess that's why I was named it," She replied. She was starting to get cold again. "This has been a nice walk, but it's really cold."

Raven nodded and rose to her paws, shaking a bit of snow off them before she turned back toward Thunderclan'a territory. She was hoping to see if maybe she could help around there.

Raven glanced at him and tilted her head. "I would like that. Helping you all is the least I can do," She told him. "Thank you for showing me your home. It's lovely," She dipped her head and looked around, whiskers twitching.

Raven started to form a response when she looked ahead and saw a pair of mice, stopping in her place. She didn't want to scare them off, but rather catch them instead. Helping with prey was something she was more than capable of doing.

Raven crouched down and slowly crept forward, keeping her pawsteps light. She watched the mice for a moment, thinking. Then she leapt forward and placed her paws on their tails, killing one with a nip and turning to do the same to the other. She picked them up and turned to Redstar, purring.

Raven set her mice down and smiled. "Nice catch. Guess your cats have some more to eat now," She told him. Then she picked up her catch and started to go back to the camp, having remembered the path they took to get to the lake from there.

Raven glanced at him and nodded slightly as a sign she heard. She couldn't really talk with the mice hanging from her jaws. She thought the names were a bit funny, but they were shorter than the tribe names in the mountains.

Raven followed him and set down her mice, watching Whitefur pad over to pick up a piece of prey to bring to another cat. She nodded to him before she started to head back toward the elder's den. She was freezing cold at this point. She yawned softly, looking around as she walked.

"Not really," Whitefur reported. "The patrol came back and brought some brambles. The dens are reinforced," He added. He glanced toward the retreating black cat before looking back at his leader. "How was your walk?" He asked, holding back a purr of amusement.
