Redpaw shook his head, "No, I'm sorry Snowleaf! But maybe I can find them with other plants if I go looking!" His tail fluffed out in excitement, and he was about to bound out of the medicine den to do just that.

Snowleaf sighed. "You can go, do want me to come, too?" She had an uneasy feeling of her apprentice being out alone. Some of the herbs grew close to the ThicketClan border, and their present relationship with the clan wasn't so pretty.

Redpaw shot up quickly and bounded away, "Okay! I'll go ask Mistyheart!" After exiting his den, he padded around camp, "Mistyheart?" He meowed, looking around for the she-cat.

Woodkit jumped into the conversation. "You were supposed to be proud of us!" she grumbled. "Why can't kits go out of the camp and actually do something instead of being cooped up inside of this stupid camp?"

Honestly, Raya wasn't too sure herself. She wandered plenty as a kit, and she somehow made it through alive. Then again, life with her mother was much different than the clan. "Because it's the rule Woodkit" Raya finally answered.
"Well it's a stupid one if you ask me!" Marshkit grumbled before turning to her sister "Right, Woodkit?"

"Freedom!" Woodkit bounded out of the den without thinking, then repeated! "Freedom for kits! Freedom for all cats!" Woodkit had no idea what she was doing, but her mind took over and made her yowl out the words.

Marshkit rushed out after her, and Mushroomkit also stirred, coming out behind them. What was going on? Why couldn't he sleep?
"I can't wait for you to be leader!" Marshkit cheered, much to the confusion of Mushroomkit.
"She's gonna be leader? What?"
