Windkit flattened his fur, looking up at the apprentice more calmly now. Echokit smiled, "so, are you training to be a warrior? That's so cool! Show us a move!"

Echokit's eyes sparkled, "so cool!" She squealed. "When I grow to an apprentice I want you as my apprentice!"
Windkit turned away from his sister to face Halfpaw, "that move was cool!" he then turned back to his sister, "but I don't think it's likely for a new warrior to train an apprentice." Echokit just rolled her eyes and stick out her tongue at Windkit.

The aprrentice purred at Echokit and Wind kit. "That would have to be up to Lightstar."

Echokit's eyes glittered more, "lightstar? I've never met lightstar before!"
Cherrywhisker looked around camp for her two kits. She then spotted them by Halfpaw and sighed, giving a smile and walking over. "Have you two been causing Halfpaw trouble?" She asked her two kits.
"Mom!" Windkit purred loudly before running over to the maroon and white she-cat.

Cherrywhisker licked her son once before looking back at the apprentice, "that's god" she purred.
Echokit still say by Halfpaw's side, "Halfpaw is sooo cool mom!"
She mewled
"Is he!" She meowed back to her kit in not highly voice.

Cherrywhisker closed her eyes, "she's calm compared to Redkit and Lightningkit!" She purred, "honestly, I don't know what in gonna do with all of them!"
Echokit looked back at the rest of her family laying in the shade, she saw Copperfang. Copperfang almost glared at the little kit. Echokit sighed and sadly looked down.

Halfpaw was smiling at Cherrywhisker when he noticed that Echokit looked a little sad. "Are you alright?" he asked concerned at her sudden change of emotion
Finchfeather snorted before going into his den If anyone needs me they can call.

Echokit forced herself to perk up, "y-yah sure." She said with a slight purr. Cherrywhisker pulled her close to her,

Ravenspirit flicked her tail around her kits, amusement in her eyes. "Bravepaw, calm down. Your battle will come one day." She smiled. "And Hollypaw, it wont be long before you treat your first patient."

Cherrywhisker smiled, "as fine as I'll ever be!" She smiled, "my paw hurts. But it doesn't need any treatment, at least I don't think it does."
Lightningkit and red kit saw the two other apprentices and started to wander off towards them. "Hello!" Lightningkit said while sniffing bravepaw, redkit joined in.
"I don't think we've met you before," she said sniffing Hollypaw, "I'm redkit and this is my brother, Lightningkit!" She squeaked.
Copperfang laid in the gras next to Flurryheart and mudpool, he kept shadowkit curled in his arms, but kept a close eye on the other two kits who thought they could go any where at any time.

Hollypaw turned to the little kit. "Hello! I'm Hollypaw and this is my sister Bravepaw!"
Bravepaw smiled. She could remember the times she was a kit. Of course, that was before she got sick. Bravepaw shuddered, but quickly stiffened. These kits didn't even know how fortunate they were.

Halfpaw nodded to the warrior, "I'll take your word for it."
He then turned his head when he heard the other kits talking and spotted Bravepaw and Hollypaw wanting to talk to them afterwords
"It seems like your kits have went to bother other cats." he chuckled

Cherrywhisker rolled her eyes, "it's seems so," she said looking back. "Honestly! They think they can do whatever they want!" She said with a laugh, "and of course mouse brain over there-" she pointed with her tail towards Copperfang, "doesn't bother to go get them." She then got up, "we probably should get out of your pelt.
"AWWW!" Both Echokit and Windkit said that the same time.
Redkit sat, "hi! I like you. You seem nice." She meowed bluntly.
Lightningkit jumped and laughed, "let's play!" He yowled.

Cherrywhisker snuggled in next to her mate. Echokit purred and rubbed up against copper fang. Copperfang just shot her an annoyed false and looked away. Echokit a heart sank. Her father hated her for her being different! She slumped into her moms arms and snuggled in tightly as she bag an to drift off. Windkit wiggled against his younger sister's pelt.

Although Halfpaw wanted to talk to the other apprentices he managed to doze off, tired from the fight.
Finchfeather couldn't help but feel restless inside his den. Something was bothering him but he didn't know what

Cherrywhisker began to doze off, her head falling into copperfang's shoulder.
Copperfang chuckled a bit, "oh look! The all strong Cherrywhisker is finally edmiting defeat!"
Cherrywhisker burst awake, "I'm up!"

Cherrywhisker slowly awoke, the sun shinning down on her face. Copperfang was already up next to her and watching the kits squirm around. The only kit left asleep was little Echokit who was still snuggled against her chest.

Halfpaw had fallen asleep in the middle of camp last night since no one was able to wake him. Slowly he blinked his eyes opened and panicked.
"How long have I been sleeping here?"
He looked around.
"All night I suppose."
He then yawned and looked over to the fresh kill pile and frowned. Empty.

Echokit began to wake, "mommy?" She asked quietly, "I'm hungry!" She complained.
"Already complaining and you just woke up!" Copperfang said sounding disappointed.
Cherrywhisker growled at her mate, nudging him away, "let's go see." Cherrywhisker got up, trying to make her fur not bristle. How could Copperfang be so neglecting! Cherrywhisker squeezed out of the den with Echokit at her paws. "Echokit, stay in the den," Cherrywhisker said gently before walking out to the clearing.
