Sagestar chuckled. "Our battle is only half over." He carefully examined the bear. "At least it will feed most of us for a while." He nodded approvingly. Grabbing a large chunk of its spine, he dragged it over to the edge, careful not to strain any of his muscles.

(Alright it's done! Now all I have to do is make my charries but it's not anything drastic lol I'm so excited)
Shadowfire pushed herself to hold the large animal, if it weren't for the other two there would be no chance in her carrying it back. Viperfang stretched his wings, making sure they were prepared for the flight.

(Link?  ) "Ready?" Sagestar glanced over at the other two. His claws dig into the bear's back as he lifted, hovering slightly to let the others get their grips. He wasn't going to go off the ledge until they were really ready. He wasn't going to risk losing such a big kill. |

The Wolves of The WildViperfang nodded and he gave a flap of his wings. Shadowfire following suit. The two warriors gave a determined nod and kept tightly a hold of the kill. They were very proud of themselves. Viperfang could only think of showing his apprentice.

(I shall go seeeee hype m8) Sagestar lead the way back to camp. Although they hadn't flown too far, the trip back felt like it took ages. Dawnflight looked up as the group returned and her eyes widened. She quickly flew up to give them a paw. |

Viperfang let out a sigh of relief when they finally put down the prey. He stretched out and folded his wings against his back, giving himself a shake. Shadowfire stretched out her wings, the muscles in them aching.

Dawnflight sat back to admire it. "What a kill!" Her eyes were wide. Sagestar nodded.
"The kill was surprisingly easy." He flicked his tail. "Or maybe it was just the group." He gave an approving nod to the others. "The trip back was killer, though." He stretched out his wings and back. "Where's Daypaw?" He looked around for the Neo. No doubt Viperfang would be excited to show off the kill.

Viperfang perked up at the sound of his apprentices name, his ears lifted and he looked around. Shadowfire flopped onto her side and groaned "I think I'm dying." Viperfang blinked then nudged the she-cat "quit complaining."

Sagestar laughed and nudged her. "Come on, now. We got it here. Aren't you hungry?" Sagestar started at the shoulder and tore off a good chunk of meat. He carried it a bit away so others could have access to it and settled down to it. Bear meat had to be one of the more nutritious for the clan since it was a carnivore as well.

Shadowfire took off a piece and scurried off to her own corner, purring and eating. Viperfang took his own portion before sitting down to eat his well deserved meal, his eyes shining with pride from their catch.
