Cherrywhisker took a hasty bite of the hare. She then looked at the hare, hunger burning in her eyes. She then began to gulp down the mamal.

Blizzardcloud was with her kits.
" Can we meet them ?! "
" When can we play with the kits !? "
" What is their favorite game !? " The kits asked Blizzardcloud
" Kits. Calm down or I wont make you apprentices until 8 moons ! " Redstar gave them a stern look.
" Were sorry " Foxkit and Hailkit shrank into their pelts. Antkit hid behind Blizzardcloud. " Your father is correct. Now lets go to sleep. We will sleep in Redstar's den to make room for Copperfang and Cherrywhisker. " Blizzardcloud explianed. But it didnt take long before the kits started suckling and eventully fell asleep. The clan had rested. It was night time

Cherrywhisker finished the hare before checking in he kits once more. She quickly slid off into sleep.
Flurryheart went to the Deputy den and fell asleep.
((I just relized that I left Mudpool out in the forest alone after Flurryheart ditched him! XD

(( Okay lol )) Everyone in camp awoke in the morning. Hailkit and Foxkit sqeauled as they ran over to the nursery to meet Cherrywhisker's kits. " Don't bother her too much ! " Blizzardcloud said to the two kits but they barged right in the nursery. Antkit still fell asleep in Redstar's den. As he always slept more than the others

Cherrywhisker was still fast asleep. She was still extremely tired from the night before. She was snoring quietly, sprawled out with the kits snuggled deeply into her belly fur.

Flurryheart searched for her younger brother. Moe that she throughout of it, she hadn't seen him for over a day! Yes, he loved to spend his time alone, but never for this long! Flurryheart was begging to worry.

" Ill send a search party. " Redstar called Jaggedpebble , and Palecloud. " Find Mudpool with Flurryheart. Report what you saw. Be careful. Don't risk yourselves. " Redstar was stern to his cats and let them go to find Mudpool

Meanwhile
Mudpool walked swiftly through the grass. He looked up to the tree tops, leaping up onto a trunk and climbing up it. He walked out onto a low hanging branch before hopping to the next one. He repeatedly did this, traveling fast.

Jaggedpebble stalked throught the oaks. Climbing on top of one in silence. " Mudpool ! " He called out. " Mudpool ! " He called again.

Copperfang could hear the calls of one of his clan mates. He could smell the scents of about three warrior. good. Not a full on patrol. he thought to himself. He climbed back down the tree and continued on. Ignoring the voice. Cherrywhisker bang to wake up. She looked down at her kits and began to get up. Not seeming to care about the kits all to much anymore. Copperfang got up and raced after her, "Cherrywhisker!" He yowled, 'stay with the kits! What are you doing!?!" Cherrywhisker shook, "no. I want something to eat," she pushed him out of the way. Copperfang tried to push her back, "I will get something for you! Stay with the kits!" He pleaded, "I'll get my food myself thank you!" She growled before pushing past him once more. Copperfang growled and battled his mate behind the ear. This set something off in Cherrywhisker. She let out a menacing growl before u cheating her claws and jumping onto her mate. Copperfang didn't fight back, how could he? He let her scratch him up. He got up easily under her weight, flinging her off of him. Cherrywhisker didn't give up, she leaped back at him powerfully. Something had changed in her. And it wasn't good. ((Right now I'm making Cherrywhisker have one of those shock things after birth in animals when they become hostile, and don't care for their kits for a certain amount of time. @thistlereed runningfeather Okay see ta later ^^ |
