Oatfoot flashed him a smile before she turned her head and pushed deeper into the forest till coming to a stream. Coming to a slow stop, she padded to the bank of the stream. Crouching down, she quenched her thirst that had seem to dry her mouth like dirty on rainless moon. Sitting up, she looked back for Galefoot. The warrior followed her, remaining a few paces behind her now. He took the chance to admire her beauty as speckles of sunlight passed over her pelt, illuminating every highlight and lowlight contained within her fur. Though, he was brought to a halt as he came up beside her at the stream. He couldn't help but tense up a bit, knowing of all the recently passed snake attacks. They seemed to be high in numbers around now, and even just being by the stream worried him, as that's where they all seemed to be happening. The reptile's numbers had to even out at some point, right? Right. Well, that's what Galefoot told himself, anyway. Nonetheless, he remained positive, thinking that surely nothing was to happen to them. Leaning down, he took a quick drink before sitting back up, wiping stray drops of water off his muzzle with his tongue. Optics turning to Oatshine, he smiled warmly. "It's beautiful out here." |

Chillberry hadn't thought much of the action initially. No, he really hadn't. Until it was happening and the heat in his ears spread through the rest of his face. Gosh, to this he was already this close to a rogue... Possibly with feelings for him. What would he tell his brother? The leader of the clan? '... I just... Won't. Good plan right? Not really...' He thought, internal conflict quick to make an appearance. Was this traitorous? To be practically pining after a rogue? Yes. Well, it seemed like it was, anyways. If the others found out, the information would surely be brought to Chickenstar, and after that... The warrior didn't want to think about that. He didn't want any of that to happen. The other's purr brought him out of his thoughts once more, and the heterochromatic feline couldn't help but smile warmly. It was such a wonderful sound to hear, he almost missed the words that followed it. Almost. "Honestly, I feel the same, so believe me when I say I'm so happy that I found you." What would happen if some cat from his group caught him with this Clan cat? Probably not much. Not when it was known that Ahadi had put Flame in charge of befriending this tomcat to get Clan information out of him. They would just see him as doing his job for the rogues. Nothing would be seen as wrong. Not until Ahadi's group of rogues could truly see how the orange tabby felt about Chillberry. If they found out how the tabby really felt toward the Clan cat...well, it would be the end of Flame. It would be the end of Chillberry probably; Clan cats probably didn't take lightly to their own getting into relationships with outsiders. Right now Flame didn't want to worry about anything, he just wanted to cherish the moment he had with Chillberry. That's all that mattered. The wild-furred tom purred gently, giving into his desires as he leaned forward and lightly nudged the warrior's cheek. "Is that so?" He asked with something of a tease in his words. "Aren't Clan cats supposed to be frightened when they run into a rogue? Not happy to see them?" Flame questioned with nothing but a tease in his words. It felt nice to just be able to do this, to not have to be rough and tough with those around him. For once he could actually enjoy life the way he wanted. Chillberry had no idea what was truly happening. Of course, he had no way of knowing. He had no way of knowing that there was a rogue group planning to drive out the clan, and he had no idea that Flame was part of it. No, right now, in his eyes, Flame was innocent as ever, simply trying to take care of his family. The simple idea of that brought him joy, although he couldn't help but wonder if he was taking care of his parents, or a mate and litter of his own. The warrior couldn't help but hope that it wasn't the latter, as the thought practically ruined his mood. But why did it matter so much? It shouldn't, right? But it did. Refusing to put a name to the simple feeling, the tom simply noted that it mattered. But why ruin his own mood when he could enjoy this moment? A heat flushed his face as the orange feline before him nudged him, and a purr began in his throat. "Maybe we are, but I'm different. You're different," answered the brown and white tabby. He was right, the rogue who said he couldn't wait to see him was completely different from what he assumed most rogues were like. He heard from stories, of course, but surely others where hostile to a higher degree than Flame had been upon first meeting. Many chose to fight, and very few wanted to join the clan. Flame, on the other hand, seemed interested in the Clan as a concept, so maybe there was a chance. |

Look at her surroundings, the pale ginger she-cat scanned the area. She watched as the trees swayed in the breeze and the suns rays dancing around in the fallen leaves and grass. Her off green eyes moved downward at the stream as it swirled between rocks and itself. The pale ginger she-cat looked over at Galefoot.
She watched as he made is way to the bank of the steam. She looked at him as he spoke.
"It is very beautiful," she whispered. "My mother used to tell me that when you see the sunshine on move, it was because the wind was dancing the leafs and the sun shifted between the pare to form the sunlight on the ground as a signal the dance has started."
She shrugged her shoulders giving a slight chuckle remember her mothers crazy stories.

In the back of his mind there was that simple request that Ahadi had made - make friends with the Clan cats and learn about them. That was such a simple task, especially with Flame getting so friendly with this warrior, but the orange tom just couldn't seem to make himself do anything like that. He was bringing information back to Ahadi, of course he was, but he wasn't telling the leader of his group everything. If he told the dark-hearted tom everything then it would be the end of him and Chillberry, and Ahadi wouldn't be the only one on his tail; his mother would also want to skin him alive for truly befriending a Clan cat. Especially when, for all the knew, this warrior right in front of him had helped take down Diamond.
No. Chillberry would never. He would have never harmed Diamond.
Flame looked deeply into Chillberry's different colored eyes. He felt himself lose himself, felt himself fall into a trance that was so bittersweet that the rogue felt his very being ache. He had only known Chillberry for a few short days and yet he so desperately wanted to be with him. Flame wanted to just forget Ahadi, forget Crystal, and be with this bi-colored tabby. Flame would even join the Clan if it meant being with Chillberry forever. As much as he despised most Clan cats, Flame would do it in a heartbeat to be with the one tomcat he knew he had deep feelings for.
Chillberry was right. They were different. He was different. Chillberry was different. Flame felt a moment of guilt well up inside him as he truly thought about that saying - was he really so different? Flame was still technically using Chillberry as a way to gather information about the Clan so Ahadi could have an inside scoop on what the other group of felines was like. Flame felt like he was acting just like how any cold-hearted rogue would; he felt like he was being manipulative and just downright awful, and he was. In the end he was just going to hurt Chillberry, and he really, really, didn't want that.
Could he tell the warrior? How would Chillberry react if Flame told him about Ahadi's plan? For a moment he felt bold enough to come right out and say it, but he froze. Flame felt the words fall flat upon his tongue. Even if he wanted to tell Chillberry so badly, the thought of betraying the family he had brought forth a hideous taste upon his tongue. Maybe soon he could tell the Clan cat, but for now Flame just couldn't bring himself to do it. Instead he merely leaned forward and placed his head gently atop Chillberry's shoulder, licking the part of his fur where the white met brown tabby. "You're so much different than any Clan cat I've ever met before," he whispered. "It's...it's strange to want to be friends with one." And even stranger to love one.

{ My best friend and I had a fall out because she choose a guy over ma e and excused me of stuff and is still mad that I told on her to her mom. Which the reason why is because she was doing things and going crazy. Like doing thinks that could get her hurt ( or dead) or someone else hurt ( or dead ) so yeah I had to say something }
