Okay then! Mind if I try for Fawnkit?) A rosy cream-colored she-cat padded into the cave, glancing around at the sea of kits in front of her. Across the clearing, her eyes caught on a small, speckled she-kit. She padded over quickly, a smile on her face as she sat down in front of the kit. "Hello, I'm Roselight. What's your name?" She asked gently. Fawnkit looked at the she-cat's kind eyes. "You-you actually noticed me?" she couldn't keep the shock out of her voice. |

"Of course!" Roselight replied, her heart aching at the young kit's surprise. "You looked like the best it in the cave, so I thought I'd come say hello," She purred. "If that's alright with you, of course."

Poppytail reached forwards and rested her paw on the lump of moss, then pulled her paw back towards her. The lump slid along with her paw. Then, she put her other paw on it and lifted it up. She squeezed it between her paws, which were bigger than Smudgekit's, and shaped it into a ball. "How about this?" she said with a wide smile, as she put the ball back onto the ground.

"Oh, yeah...that's better," Smudgekit replied, flicking his ears with slight embarrassment. One side-effect of spending most of his time talking instead of playing was plenty of little bumps when he finally did try his hand at a game. "That looks good—how did you do it so fast?" He teased as he pawed it closer to himself, glanced at it, then slapped it experimentally with a paw and sent it bouncing towards Poppytail.
"Sure," Duckkit replied, flicking his tail absently. Being quite fond of games, he would never turn down a chance to play one. "What games do you like?"
Roselight nodded. "I understand. I don't have a power at all, and I remember the first time I met cats who had powers...I felt so left-out and a little bit useless. But, eventually, I realized that there were things I was still better at than they were, even though they seemed so special; everyone has something that makes them unique. What is your power?" She added curiously. "I'd love to see it."

( Skittles--okay, good to to know. Thanks!) Littlekit looked up at Snowbreeeze, reading the concern in her eyes . I like her...and I don't want her to go away, so I might as we'll go get treated so we can get back to the game, she decided. "Nightrose heals us when we get hurt--in that den over there," She explained, pointing to a den with her tail. "But I promise, I'm okay," She added with her cutest smile. (I'm back from my trip cx ) Snowbreeze smiled when Littlekit agreed and pointed Nightrose out to her. "Alright, but I just want to make sure, ok?" She purred giving the kit a kick on the head. She started walking, but slowly to make sure Littlekit was doing alright. |

"Okay, fine," Littlekit purred as she hobbled after Snowbreeze, muttering occasionally but generally cheerful. She moved her little legs quickly, doing her best to keep up with the she-cat and prove that she was doing alright.

( I actually got home yesterday, but I was pretty busy then cx ) Snowbreeze was pretty satisfied that Littlekit followed her to the den, noticing that she wasn't limping as much anymore. Once they got to the mouth of the den, Snowbreeze stopped. "Hey, uh, is Nightrose in here? Littlekit fell while we were playing Mossball and now she's limping, I figured I should bring her to you just in case," she called in, then sat down as she waited for an answer. (Oh, lol xD) Nightrose lifted her head as Snowbreeze approached. "Yes? Oh, hello again, Littlekit," She chuckled, nosing the kit affectionately as she sniffed around for any injuries. "She'll be fine if she takes it easy for a little," She decided, blinking at Snowbreeze. "Thanks for taking her in--she's always hurting herself somehow." |

When Nightrose dismissed her, she nosed Littlekit close to her, as if protecting her from anything else. "Thank you, Nightrose! We'll be careful next time," she purred. |

"I never get hurt that badly, even when it looks like it." "I'll keep that in mind for next time if you get hurt with me around," Snowbreeze purred, lifting a paw to lick and swipe it over each spray of her whiskers. "Do you want to continue our game of Mossball?" She asked, mid-lick. |

"What do you think?" she looked at her excitedly, her eyes sparking, before turning back to her usual reserved self. |

(Sorry, I just realized I've been saying Fox instead of Turtle for like a week!  ) "I want to help all of my clanmates," Turtlekit replied simply. "And being leader feels like too much responsibility; I'd rather help my leader out than do it all on my own." Littlekit smiled, her eyes gleaming with delight. "Why don't we play a different game? Can you teach me how to be a warrior?" She asked, flashing her best pleading smile at her new friend. "If I ever get to see a clan, I want to be ready," She explained with a twitch of her ears. Roselight's eyes—which had been flecked with worry as she first caught sight of the fox—widened in amazement. "That's the most stunning thing I've ever seen," She breathed, padding a few tentative steps loser. "Will they turn dangerous again if I come closer?" She asked, not wanting to accidentally get little Fawnkit hurt. Duckkit nodded confidently and dropped into a crouch. He did his best to tuck his paws, but his form was wobbly, his tail lashing to keep him upright. Even so, when he leaped, he managed to land perfectly on the stick—not a hair out of line. "How was that?" He purred, lifting his head proudly. |
