Needlepaw sighed and followed her mentor, she was tired of hunting in the same place. Agian and agian they hunted by the border, maybe it was because Tawnypalt didn't want to be near the clan of her birth and of her brother, Bramblestar. she jsut wanted to explore.
She padded towards the border, stopping at the base of a tree. Sitting down, Tawnypelt turned around to face Needlepaw. "So, we're going to practice hunting squirrels. Yes, I know that's a ThunderClan thing, but let's try something different. You've got to know how to climb trees, and you've also got to be quick."(no, just trying to keep her character as close to the one in the book) Needlepaw nodded, at least this was something different. She listened to what her mentor said, but her mind wandered a little. |

Spikefur blinked his amber hues lazily, bristling slightly in surprise in the presence of Snowbird. "Nice of you to join me." He mumbles, lifting his head in a mild yawn. "I take it that this is the only shady spot in camp?" His tail swept the ground as he met the white she-cat's gaze. |

Spikefur let out a shallow yawn, swiping his tongue across his whiskers. Grunting in response, the tom thumped his tail with an irritable sense on the ground once before flopping on his side. "If you drool on me Snowbird, I'll make sure the snow isn't white anymore." He threatened, half joking with the she-cat now laying on his flank.

Birtchkit lay still in his nest sleeping while his littermates played he was always very lazy and would rather become a medicine cat when he grew older so he didn't have do much work.

Rowanstar leaped onto the place where he held meetings. "Gather around for a Clan meeting." His voice rang.
Wasptail padded up to Rowanstar, listening. "As you all know, the gathering is tonight. I will be taking Littlecloud, Crowfrost, Wasptail, Dawnpelt, Ratscar, Rippletail, and Needlepaw." He announced.
Wasptail's paws quivered with excitement. She was going to the gathering! Not now. Wasptail took a glance at the sky. It was almost nighttime.
