Bramblestar watched his apprentice pad away. He smiled, watching everyone else as they padded off to sleep. He whipped around and padded to the leaders den to sleep.

*THE NEXT DAY*
Leafpaw yawned, getting up early. She quietly tiptoed out of the den, trying not to disturb Larkpaw. She grabbed a mouse from the fresh-kill pile, eating it by the entrance of camp.
Once she was full, she stretched, letting the cool, damp, air seep into her fur.

Bramblestar finished a mouse he fetched from the fresh kill pile and padded towards Leafpaw. Noticing she was sunning herself, he loomed over so he was blocking out the sun.

Leafpaw moaned. "I, wha, why?" She managed to say over the enjoying sun which was now blocked. She looked up, ears twitching. "Woah!" Leafpaw got startled, sitting up, then falling backwards. She blinked. "I didn't see you there," she meowed, sitting up again and not failing.

Leafpaw widened her eyes with curiousity. "Really? What Clans do we border?" Her mind raced with different thoughts, questions, answers, Clans, Gatherings, it all swirled around, her curiousity growing stronger. Leafpaw bounded out of camp. "Let's go now." She mewed.

"You'll see soon enough," The large brown tom meowed to his apprentice, he led her to the borders of Thunderclan territory, out of the large quarry which made up there camp. As they approached the lake, Bramblestar was able to see the blueness of the lake and the light shimmering off it's surface.

"Woah," she meowed in amazement, gazing down at the lake. "Beautiful." Leafpaw added. Her tail stuck straight up with enjoyment. "So, where are we going first?" Her tortoiseshell fur glowed in the sunlight, and she just wanted to race down to the lake and jump in for swimming lessons. Leafpaw whipped her head around, wanting to run all all directions at once. She darted to the west, skidding down a little hill and almost landing on a fleeing vole. "Eek!" She squealed in excitement as a rabbit flew past her, wind tickling her ears.

Leafpaw couldn't hear him, and bounded down a slope. She tried to claw her way up a tree with effort.
Leafpool yawned, blinking tiredness from her leaf-green eyes. She stood up, stretching out her body and shivering.
